The Alannah wig is everything!!!! It's SO beautiful. Look just like the picture. I got SO many compliments from everyone!!! I LOOoooooove it! Will definitely buy another and will be buying it again and again as long as Hairvivi has it. Ladies DO NOT hesitate. This is the must have hair.!!
I am extremely disappointed with this company and would strongly caution others before ordering.My order was severely delayed, to the point where it was not delivered in time for an industry event I was hosting. The company offered a small monetary refund as a “gesture of goodwill” for the inconvenience. When the wig finally arrived, it was unwearable as the roots were clearly over-processed and bleached to the point of looking white, which is not acceptable for a premium-priced product.I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a different style/colour. I was told I would need to repurchase the replacement unit and return the previous one, which I did in good faith. However, when the refund was processed, the company deducted the 'goodwill gesture' from my refund and is now refusing to reimburse it unless I purchase yet another unit from them. This is despite that credit being compensation for their original delay and a 'gesture of goodwill as an apology' - not a discount or promotion tied to the product.This feels misleading and dishonest. A goodwill gesture should not later be reclaimed when the company itself supplied an unsuitable item. I also want to highlight that the wigs customers receive appear to be different from the influencer-grade units shown online and in social media. The fullness of the unit does not match the marketing and although I kept the other unit due to another event, the colour was uneven and has already started matting at the nape of the neck. It appears that everyday customers are not getting what is advertised by influencers on social media.To add to the frustration, since placing my order I have started receiving spam text messages from international numbers, which raises serious concerns about how customer data is being handled.Between the quality control, unfair refund practices, lack of transparency, and data privacy concerns, this has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting an honest service or consistent product quality.
Omg this Rlyee wig is Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Very soft and already plucked.Hair came in very quickly!!!This is literally one of the best wigs I've had yet!!!Will definitely be ordering from here again! Love Hairvivi!!!
Amazing product! I feel like this wig was made for me. It fits my head almost perfectly! All I had to do was cut the lace I love it! Will be buying again!!! Great quality as well!! The color and style of this wig are beautiful. Thank you so much!
The Yvonne hair is beautiful, versatile and is just like what the description promises, I love it and found there was minimal to no shedding at all and most definitely will purchase again. There was quick delivery about 5-7 days.

Hair took a week to come maybe because I live in the UK. Overall I'm really happy about customer service, always replying as quickly as possible. Nice people.Hair has no funny smell, haven't ye styled it but It has a really nice wave pattern to it.
I purchased this unit after seeing all of the great reviews on You Tube. The order arrived promptly and the unit was very soft and beautiful when I took it out of the box. I love it. She looks so exotic. And it's easy to wear too. Awesome

I love this Jacinda wig! It looks great every day and is very soft. I only use my fingers to apply products and styles. There is very little shedding. overall its a good unit for a good price also it arrived sooner than the expected delivery date! I will definitely buy this wig again.
THe Alice wig was an awesome wig! The hair is soft and doesnt tangle, easy to style and curl better than any wig Ive purchased! There was no shedding at all while washing it or brushing it. I can run my fingers through it without any tangling. It is worth every penny spent, I promise. I will purchase it again!!
After conducting extensive online research and reviewing numerous positive testimonials, I decided to purchase a wig from HairVivi. The reviews, product descriptions, and promotional images created clear expectations regarding quality and craftsmanship. Prior to placing my order, I contacted the company by email to raise specific concerns, and I was reassured that the product would meet the advertised standards.I have now worn the wig three times. It has been handled with care at all times, brushed gently from the ends upward to prevent damage, and maintained according to standard care guidelines. Despite this, after only the second wear the hair became noticeably frizzy and developed multiple split and broken ends. In addition, the hairline appears artificial, the knots do not seem properly bleached, the middle part looks unnatural, and the overall construction feels bulky.Given the premium price point and the representations made by the brand, it is reasonable for a consumer to expect a product that corresponds with those claims and demonstrates durability beyond minimal use. In my experience, the item received does not meet those expectations.I have contacted the company to seek a resolution. In line with standard consumer protection principles regarding product quality and conformity, I believe a refund is warranted. I hope the company will address this matter promptly and in good faith.
I am pleasantly surprised by this Brroklyn wig! I received the hair and it was a beautiful unit. The density seemed right on point and the quality of hair felt beautiful. Got a ton of compliments wearing this 20 inch unit. It is not perfect though and there is a slight line of demarcation between the fake scalp and lace but is an easy fix . Overall Im happy with my purchase and will def buy again.
I've purchased wigs before from other companies that were the same price and this wig is better quality than the rest. It really can look natural if styled properly. I just had to make a few tweaks (like plucking a more natural hairline) and I really enjoy wearing it. LOVE THIS WIG
I bought the Alba 22" wig with Honey Lace. Unfortunately, the quality does not match these claims and positive reviews on this website. Issues:- The lace is clearly visible on my fair skin. It has a beige/yellow undertone and creates a noticeable visible lace pattern on my forehead.- The knots are unevenly bleached across the entire front hairline and also visible in the top parting.- As a result, the scalp illusion appears inconsistent and lacks the seamless finish expected from true HD lace.For a wig marketed as “HD lace,” this level of visibility is not acceptable at this price point.I own other wigs where the lace blends seamlessly into my fair skin, so this is not a skin tone issue: it is a material and quality control issue.When I raised the issue of the unevenly bleached knots to the Customer Service, I was advised to use makeup powder to conceal them. However, the website explicitly advertises “invisible knots.” A product at this level should not require cosmetic correction to achieve what is promised in the marketing.Customer service did offer an exchange; however, I was informed that I would need to cover the VAT charges again ($40), despite the documented quality concerns. This requirement is not clearly disclosed anywhere on the website. A friend of mine returned a wig to Hairvivi a few months earlier and was not asked to pay additional VAT charges, which makes the policy appear inconsistent.The website prominently advertises “30 Days Free Return & Exchange,” yet additional VAT costs are only mentioned once you request a return or exchange. In my experience, these extra charges were not transparently communicated upfront.Communication with customer service was frustrating. Rather than addressing the documented quality concerns directly, the responses felt dismissive, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted back to the customer.After extensive discussion with customer service, I was offered ONLY a $30 partial refund (less than 3% of the purchase price), despite clear and documented quality concerns. This does not feel proportionate for a $1,075 product.Paying customers should not have to compromise, argue extensively, or pay additional fees to receive what was originally advertised.I really regret my purchase and I will post my review on other platforms too.
I like the unit. My only complaints would be it lost the curls as soon had I co-washed it, but it curls nicely with a curling iron. The other is it's listed as light brown lace but it is a little light for me. I'm fairer skinned black women and I have continually apply foundation or concealer to blend the lace in. The hair quality is very good and sheds a little. Have had it installed for a month and still looks goods,

Whenever I buy hair online, I do extensive research before actually buying the hair. With hairvivi hair I had seen reviews and YouTube and since most of them are positive, I decided to buy. I can honestly say its one of the best Ive ever had. It was and still is super soft from the moment I opened the package. I have washed it since receiving it and theres been no problems with that either. The only thing Ive notice is some hairs will fall here and there which I feel is expected with any hair you buy, but nothing crazy and some of the hair falls a certain way, for example some of the hair in the back of the frontal falls to the front instead of going straight back or to the side. Part from those minor things, the hair is great.
First I would like to say, the hairvivi customer service is very kind ! Any questions I had they answered with a quickness, and the hair is great. Upon receiving it I brushed it out and had no shedding that I could see and it was really soft. Sometimes I get scared buying from new vendors due to the smell the hair could have, but this didnt smell like straight chemicals at all. There was no smell and was easy to instal, I had a great experience and definitely would buy again.
I have evaluated three different models: Sophia, Vivian, and Bonnie. As size S is too small and size M is too large, I found it impossible to achieve a proper fit. Despite using a wig cap and a velvet grip band, the wig remains unstable and does not feel secure. In my opinion, the 'glueless' designation is inaccurate if one intends to move the hair back from the face.The parting is unnaturally wide due to excessive over-plucking, and there is a significant amount of 'return hair' (short flyaways) protruding from the crown. Furthermore, the hair quality is disappointing as it fails to retain any styling. I also found that the lace does not melt into the skin; it remains clearly visible along the hairline and the parting. Despite attempting various professional techniques, a natural appearance could not be achieved.Additionally, after only one month of use, a bald patch appeared near the fringe area. Given these issues with construction and longevity, I cannot categorize this as a high-quality product. If you prioritize a natural aesthetic and durability, I would not recommend Hairvivi.
