heater part
The company, the ordering from the company was good. The part even though it said it would fit the model of patio heater we have did not fit. It was the only part I could find on the internet website

Great personal customer service addressed my misunderstanding of free shipping. They made an exception for free shipping along with their Great posted low price. Order was shipped the next morning and received on schedule....

Business with a personal touch
When was the last time you purchased something on line and received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from the owner that included his personal contact info in case any questions arose.That's the attention and care you can expect from Andrew, the owner of greenlight heating. And yes, a problem with my order did arise when I received the wrong item, but Andrew responded to my email within the hour and had the correct part sent out that day. An outstanding experience with an outstsnding company. If I could give 10 stars I would.
