Received a different product than I ordered

I ordered a room airconditioner with a remote but instead I got a mini portable fan you can hang around your neck. Definitely not at all the product I ordered and when I contacted them they offered me a 20% refund of my purchase order. Ridiculous! This website is definitely a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
