The Company is awesome
The Company is awesome. I googled it and found out that Good will can pick up my car. I needed a rush pick up, and the representative on the phone was so kind, respectful and professional. When I informed her that I needed a rush pick up, she made sure that she found a driver for me in less than 24 hrs. The tow truck driver Jamal was also kind and professional. Also, knowledgeable of your company's policies and legal applications for applying for tags and titles. I really appreciate Good will and will recommend you guys to other people. First, I have two patients that work at Goodwill and so I thought of you guys immediately. I’m thankful for all the work you do in the community.Everyone I spoke with on the phone about the donation… So very helpful!! I’m hard to reach during the day secondary to work, but they kept trying and I appreciate it. The tow service, the two men who came to my home, both very helpful and very personable.The entire experience went very well now I’m just waiting for some information so that Goodwill can obtain the title. Out with the old!
Although it was hard to part ways with my Honda because it was a good car and still ran very well, I knew it was time for something more reliable for my needs. The entire donation and pickup process with Goodwill Car donation was smooth, quick, and hassle-free from start to finish. I truly appreciate how easy they made everything during what was a bittersweet moment for me. I hope the car blesses someone in need and that they love it as much as I did.

Great Flexible Service
I had to cancel the pickup time for my vehicle many times. David was very accomodating in rescheduling about four cancellations.. The driver phoned the day of the pickup to let me know he could arrive a half hour early if I desired.

Administrative Office
Administrative Office was very friendly and helped me change my appointment. Tow truck driver was very friendly and efficient. It took less than 10 minutes to get it all done
