Overall my experience was great
Overall my experience was great. We did have a driver change midway, but this was communicated with us in advance. There was delay in pickup #2 due to an accident and subsequent traffic. However, the driver communicated this with us as well. We were never greeted with a sign as advertised, but the communication was great so we were able to find our sprinter at the cruise port. I would definitely use this service again for family travel.

Everyone was great However!!!!
Everyone was great. However I was in the hospital and had to cancel the trip for me and my husband. But the other two passengers were able to go on this trip. I was surprised that your company charged me the same for two people as it was for four people. I really thought I’d get back a Credit

We had the best experience
We had the best experience. Booking was made easy and the staff was helpful with all the questions I had. It was very reasonable priced and convenient. Communication was amazing, our driver was on time and super nice. We needed transportation from our cruise to a hotel in Orlando. They provided car seats and boosters which was amazing. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Great Experiance
We used this service to provide transportation from MCO to the Hilton Garned outside Port Canaveral. They we excellent. The communication was perfect, the drivers were the best. We were so pleased that we booked them for the return to MCO once we disembarked our ship.

Driver never showed up for our flight
Driver never showed up for our flight. We called and text the number provided and the number was disconnected. We called the company, and they could not locate our driver. We arrived to the airport and through security as our flight was boarding as we had to call an uber. Super disappointing as this was pre scheduled.
