Awful.The Mysa device operates my heaters like standard thermostat. It has never connected to my phone, eliminating the purpose of remote control, or scheduled activity. Multiple troubleshooting attempts with customer support resulted in no solution. A representative informed me that a replacement unit would be sent, but it never arrived. Follow up with support only results in them attempting to re-troubleshoot after months of already doing that.Waste of time and money - I might as well use a thermostat with a turn knob. Do not recommend at all.
