Lucky dip product delivery, negligent customer service
They mailed the wrong pendant to me in Australia *twice* (via Wolf & Badger)I emailed both a handful of times inbetween, and replied to all of their BS automated emails - to politely request that they ensure the correct pendant this time.And they still stuffed up.I don't actually know whose fault the stock discrepancy is, but they both took days to barely respond to any contact and ignored all but one of my emails.3 stars only because I did also order a "last pair" of CZ hoops directly, that although clearly not as well made as they could be (the gold plating didn't make it to the front edge of the hoops), appear to otherwise be of good quality, arrived in good time, and are still quite lovely.
