Prompt customer service via e-mail
Ordered a part on 5/28, received it on 6/14. Part was shipped on 5/31 with standard shipping, so I expected it within 2 weeks. There was a 1 or 2 day delay by the carrier (no fault of Gaudin), but the carrier's website indicated that the item had been delivered when it was not. Gaudin was quick to return my e-mail when I raised a concern. 5 stars for prompt customer service, affordable shipping option, and good quality new part!
