I talked with James Depasquale to order a replacement wireless drive gate opener, as our present wireless opener quit working. I changed out the battery with new battery but to no avail, so I researched the particular make and model, and found Gate Crafters had what I was looking for and it was on sale. James was very knowledgeable about the product and placed the order right then. The product arrived at my house today, 2/26/26.

Although I had a pro install my LA Lift Master LA400, I had question about the install. The Manual was unclear to me regarding the charging system. I talked to two different techs and I found both of them to be unclear to my question. One tech told me "Just cut the wires". It didn't take a "brain surgeon" to know you would have a warranty issue. I found all three contacts to be somewhat with condescending attitude including my sales person. Hoping for better service in the further.I'm very happy with my choice of the Lift Master LA400.
