Hidden Costs- Wrong Answwrs
I was explicit in my questions about what was included and not included, extra fees etc. Only once money was paid to Gaia did I find out there would be additional costs incurred that I specifically asked about. I was refunded and so things made right but the program premise is no hidden fees, clinics and Gaia need to be on the same page.

Peace of Mind in Our IVF Journey: Why Choosing Gaia Was the Best Decision We Made
My experience with Gaia has been amazing. IVF and infertility are really hard, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I didn't know about Gaia prior to picking the fertility clinic. When it came time to pay for treatment, was when I found out my clinic was partnered with Gaia. I was unsure at first, but I filled out a request to have someone contact me. From the very first person I talked to, I knew Gaia was a great option for my husband and me. They gave us different options and made sure to explain all options in great detail that allowed us to make the best decision for our situation. We were going to proceed with IVF regardless of Gaia or not. However, the plan Gaia offered us and the add-ons really assured us in our first IVF journey. The fact that Gaia has built into their plans a second IVF stim round if the first one didn’t work out and unlimited frozen embryo transfers within one round of IVF is amazing and really takes the stress out of that part of IVF. My husband and I were shocked that that was an option for almost the same price the clinic was charging us for one round of IVF stims and one FET. That doesn’t even mention the amazing customer service from everyone you talk to at Gaia. Everyone we spoke to was so kind, supportive and informative. The additional resources, such as a session with a nutritionist and fertility counselor was also an added bonus at no extra cost. In a business that really likes to pretty much nickel and dime patients, Gaia has not done that in my experience. I am so glad my clinic partners with Gaia and that I took the leap of faith to work with them.

From the moment I requested info about…
From the moment I requested info about Gaia, they have been really respectful and compassionate towards my wife & I as we go through the difficult process of IVF. We signed up with them a week ago and so far they have done exactly what they said they would do. They have taken all the stress and worry out of the financial burden with our doctors. As far as some constructive feedback, I would like to see an option to log on to the website to see your loan and outstanding balance which tell from what I was told they don’t have yet. But if you could log on and pay and view your loan like you would a car payment, that would be perfect! Other than that Gaia has been a true blessing to my wife & I. We’re excited to see how this process unfolds and we are hoping for the best! Thank you Gaia

Fair experience
It has been a ok experience with them. The initial communication could be better when we got the quotation. Once we registered, they were helpful with queries. The only drawback is they do not have any telephone number to contact, completely email based communication, while I appreciated that they reply fairly quickly, it may not be the best suitable option for communication during the stressful fertility journey. I would advise for a number to communicate quicker and more conveniently

Grateful for Gaia!
We’re so grateful for Gaia! They truly made private IVF possible for us. Everyone on their team was incredibly supportive throughout our IVF journey, from little gestures of gifts to kind words at every stage. They gave us far more support than our fertility clinic did! We felt personally considered and cared for at every step, even through the practicalities of repayment. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Financial security.
The security of not being limited to one chance at a transfer financially, and having even more people standing behind me, gave me the courage to make my final decision to go through with ivf, I was definitely swaying back and forth with the fear of our 1 transfer not working and not being able to afford a second one.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience from start to finish with Gaia. Everyone I have had contact with have been really communicative, empathetic and friendly at what has been a long and at times stressful journey. It has taken away some of the financial burden allowing us to take our time focusing on the IVF and deal with everything else at a later date. We are now proud parents to our much longed for little girl and are thankful for the part Gaia have played in this.

Amazing Experience!
We are 1 cycle in to using Gaia and I could not recommend them enough. They are the big warm hug you didn't know you needed during a challenging time. Extremely communicative, caring staff and a seamless experience from start to finish. It's so refreshing to not have to engage with automated responses or call centers - every interaction is personable and helpful. Their prescription partner platform is also amazing - modern interface, helpful how-to videos, available pharmacy staff and simple ordering. It's a big commitment but one we'd make over and over again. If you have the opportunity, go with Gaia!
