Ordered a perfume from these
Ordered a perfume from these, hasn't arrived. Tried emailing and calling no answer and 2 of the phone numbers don't work. The other just plays music for ages with no-one answering. Don't touch this Company with a barge pole, total rip off company.

2-month delay with no communication
2-month delay with no communication. I finally reached out to them and they said they had not yet received the item at the Australian Warehouse. I asked them when it reaches there can we just process a refund and they said that they can't because the item had already been processed and shipped out to me. Then I showed them the previous email sent and they just responded with a generic email.

Ordered through PayPal They supposedly…
Ordered through PayPal They supposedly sent the item but said wrong postcode and it was returned to them I raised a dispute with PayPal The company then said if I closed the dispute the would resend the item so I foolishly did. They did not resend the item and said I had been refunded. This was never refunded and PayPal said because I closed the dispute with them they could not do anything about it Do not touch this company They are scammers

Do not be tempted
I really wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased- £70 - it is absolutely NOTHING like the usual perfume. The packaging is nothing like the usual packaging. The bottle is nothing like the rather lovely “purse”. They did offer me a refund but have no prepaid labels even though on the website it states “free returns available “. I have taken a snapshot of it incase that statement suddenly disappears! Do no touch them.

They refuse to make things right
This company has zero accountability and I am now done with them after 3 delayed deliveries in a row. I ordered from them Nov 26 2021, and it is now Dec 16 and the package still hasn’t moved since it arrived at the “depot”. I reached out multiple times seeking a solution to no avail. They referred me to their shipping terms which actually backs me up in saying I want a refund. Their shipping terms state 10 business days and it’s well beyond that. They then tried to claim that the flooding in BC was the reason for delay yet every other shipping company has no issue delivering. They refuse to issue a refund, they refuse to resend the item express so they essentially stole my money. This place is a joke and they offer no escalation method other than dealing with my credit card company. I have completely given up on this scam they are pulling as they have proven they do not care and will defend ripping their customers off. Beware of this company and believe the other reviews.

Got my shipment quickly which was nice; not so nice was I am highly convinced they are selling fake perfume. I been using both perfumes I bought regularly in the past and the ones I got from Fragrance X smell nothing like the way they are supposed to - they smell like nothing at all actually just alcohol. If you are looking for affordable perfume that is legit FragranceNet is they way to go.

not a happy shopper
Waited a lengthy time for perfume to arrive. but i expected that.. coming from America..however, i was so disappointed with the actual perfume, i must have sprayed about half a bottle on me, could smell nothing! I'd be as well spraying water.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
Ordered Nautica Voyage on 3rd May 2021, now its the 9th June and every week I chase for an update, the response yku het is its in transit and will be with you shortly.... waste of money and time unfortunately and I am currently going to be asking for a refund, however I feel my money has been lost. Poor company poor excuses and they take your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Pathetic.
Pathetic.Customer service non-existent. Say they will reply within 1 working day but 3 emails and a week later, they have not even acknowledged receipt of my message. This is for a simple transaction verification that they requested in order for them to take the funds from my account. Absolutely ridiculous that a simple purchase should be delayed this much. How can a company be so incompetent?

Order on Hold while money has been take
Please stop sending me this message "FragranceX.com - Your Order 36344972 is On Hold"! I have already answered back and you did not reach me back.I do not understand, the money has already been taken from my bank account. Please ship the command rapidly or proceed to a refund. I am really disappointed with the service.

order place and cancelled within 30 minutes had e- mail sent from themonbul them had no explanation on why also no sign of a reversal of charge to credit my account these people are awful and full of sss bull will not do business with them ever again they hold your money for ten days and take it in 2 the bank will get them if I don"t ... beware of them
