Legit product, exactly what I was looking for, great price (best I could find anywhere) super fast delivery, and best of all great communication so I always knew the status of my order until delivery.

This company needs better customer…
This company needs better customer service. I didn’t receive my order. Only tracking number that , for days , only had the info that they are waiting to receive item and that tracking would be updated with approximate date of delivery once they receive package. Made several email attempts, more than 12 calls , 4 voicemails and 2 text messages all with no reply back. Thankful after sending an important final notice email , that I would be disputing. I received an email that I was being refunded and that the order was cancelled .

I bought a limited time edition Ysl…
I bought a limited time edition Ysl vanille courte fragrance on Jan 27th. It said it would take 1-2 weeks to “preorder” and ship well it’s now the 18th of February. I’ve been trying to contact them via email and all they say is it’ll ship soon, only the label has been made and they even told me it would get here last Monday well that’s came and went. I’ve heard good things about this website but unfortunately it’s just been a bad experience, I hope I get my fragrance soon or at least my money back at this point.

Service was as described in the site, the perfume I got is not available in mainstream shops, so I was worried about its authenticity, however when I got the package, it was perfect. Will definitely recommend to my friends and keep buying my perfumes with Fragance lord now on :) ps site says I am located in Mexico (only for vacations :() but got my package in western ny via usps

Navid was absolutely amazing with me and my friends. He was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in and is clearly an expert when it comes to perfumery and brand history.
