DO NOT BUY from this company because it's a SCAM. The information on the website is misleading, and the software doesn't have the stated functions. Additionally, their 30-day money-back guarantee applies, quote: "if you purchase a license and encounter a technical issue that prevents the software from performing its core functions, and their team is unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting" AND NOT, as explained on the website, "All the products follow the basis of Try-Before-You-Buy, coming with a 30-day money-back guarantee if it does not work for you." I lost my 20 dollars, please take my advice and DO NOT BUY from them.

This software claims for fix things but it doesn't. If it cant be fixed in itune reset, this software cant fix it.The refund policy is a sham. Don't waste your money.

I took a software for 5 euros that didn't work. I asked for a refund that wasn't given to me. Plus, they activated a sort of subscription for 14.90 euros. I cancelled but nothing. I closed the card and filed a complaint.

support@factorydirectsavings together with support@superiorswiftdiscount which I took a survey with Harbor freight and take a Survey and win a 177 piece tool set then pay $7.95 for shipping and then after that I was told I was entered into a contest for a drwing of 1000 entries to win that tool set and I investigated and they are a scam in which you don't winand are entered into other drqwings which the ammounts get highter and they auto deduct from your bank account I read other articles and was told to cancel and the support emails that are listed at the beginning og my review are false emails so cannot cancel anything

STAY CLEAR AND AWAY FROM FONEDOG!!!!Not worth the value for price paid with this software app which does not work. I tried another recovery and phone transfer software app and it worked fine. Their customer service is horrible as they refused to provide me with a refund just prior to my cancellation period. Again, don't waste your money with Fonedog or its service!!!! You'll thank me later.

Why pay when iTunes does it for free???
Just enter recovery mode on iTunes and you can do what this does but for free. It's a bit scummy making us download the software and then making us pay to proceed. Don't support this app. There's better ways.

This app does not work. When you uninstall it leaves files on your computer that you have to try to find and remove manually. I have asked for a refund. Should have read these review before trying to use it. Piece of crap run away!!

DO NOT purchase their phone recovery (due to accidental deletion) product (59.95). IT DOES NOT WORK.. and they will continue to charge you deceiviously the same amount, even if you are able to get a refund for the first time you purchase.

I got both iOS and Android devices so it is quite inconvenient when I have to transfer some files between them. This Phone Transfer tool from FoneDog is quite a savior! It makes this transferring file thing easier than I ever thought. Thank you for making my life easier!

Totally worth it. I chose this fonedog app after I browsed a bunch of reviews. The price is more reasonable and the interface looks clear to me. When I transferred my WhatsApp data, there were also instructions on the interface which made the transfer process easier. Thanks a lot. And I suggest using it.

First you cannot talk to anyone except a Bot.This Bot is handled through a third party called PaddleI meant to cancel my subscription a month ago, I for got to so they Charged me $29.95 That one is on me. i canceled yesterday April 26th 2022 & I told the BOt to Cancel my Subscription & refund my $29.95 for this month. I did not get any response until today & it shows they withdrew $29.95 form my account today April 27th.THIS IS A SCAM & DOES NOT WORK IT ONLY RECOVERED 50% OF MY PHONE.I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUI can send all the bot emails
