I buy from tem occasionally. They have a really good selection, and I like to take advantage of their sales. Careful packing means I never experience to disappointment of a damaged bottle.

The last few orders I placed with you didn’t end up happening as you are out of stock even though the website said you had the bourbon. It was very surprising because over years this was never a problem. Suddenly it happened with 2-3 orders in a row. Not this time. The Single Barrel E.H. Was, as always extraordinary. Thank you.

I’ve ordered from Folsom several times
I’ve ordered from Folsom several times, especially for allocated bourbons, and they’ve always impressed me. Unlike some stores that hike prices just because certain bottles are hard to find, Folsom keeps things fair. They might not always have what you’re looking for at the moment, but inventory does come in regularly.Their shipping process is outstanding. Each bottle is air-bagged and shipped in its original box. They never pack more than two bottles per box, and if you order three, they’ll use a separate box. I’m happy to pay for shipping because of the care they put into it. Other companies I’ve tried simply wrap bottles in bubble wrap, stuff them in a box with long strips of paper, and you can hear the bottles rattling around—definitely not reassuring.I’ll always order from Folsom because they’re a physical store, not a third-party reseller that sources bottles and ships them from somewhere else. I’ve ordered from other places expecting a specific bottle, only to receive a “similar” substitute. Sorry, but there’s nothing close to Blanton’s or Taylor. Folsom won’t sell you something they don’t physically have in stock, and that honesty matters.I don’t write many reviews, but I’m happy to write this one because Folsom truly stands out. They care about their customers and value loyalty—and that makes all the difference.

Folsom held up completing my order of 6…
Folsom held up completing my order of 6 bottles for nearly two weeks due to being out of stock of one of the bottles. Folsom chose to just leave me hanging by not notifying me of their several days delay. Once I contacted them inquiring about the delay and lack of their communication the remaining 5 bottles were immediately shipped. Other than poor communication on this one order on behalf of Folsom I have been very pleased with Folsom’s prior services, prices and professionalism.

Hard to find bottle at a great price
I was browsing through the Folsom Scotch collection and saw a bottle that intrigued me. I did some research on line and found the bottle was hard to find and that Folsom had it at a great price. The bottle can be considered a collectible so I decided to order it. I have ordered from Folsom in the past and have always had excellent results. This purchase was no different. My order was acknowledged immediately and the product was shipped within a couple of days. The heavy duty shipping box arrived in good shape. The bottle was packaged separately in an air bag and the display box was well packaged with extra dunnage. There was no damage to labels or the display box. I got my shipment within a week. I know ordering on line can be a scary proposition. But Folsom has never let me down. So I give Folsom a five star rating based on their product selection and great customer service. I will certainly shop at Folsom again and recommend them to anyone.

Slow shipping out but overall happy
Slow shipping out, so if you order for an occasion you better order well ahead of time. Otherwise, packaged good and did receive what I ordered at a really great price.
