Lied to by the owner of FOAM…
We were lied to by the owner of FOAM MART-Andrea Weiss, that she had the exact BLACK RETICULATED 30 ppi SPEAKER FOAM product we needed. I then wanted to purchase a SPEAKER FOAM SAMPLE - JUST IN CASE - but she refused saying they didn’t have samples of that foam- again , reassuring me that what I was buying was what I wanted.She charged me $125.28, & shipped me the wrong product- which I proved to her by sending photos (which she admitted in writing was the wrong color) & NOW she has REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY! We retain all of our very specific emails & photos that she was sent.Since the Entire Inaccurate Transaction was due to Andrea Weiss, (and I could PROVE IT) I stated she could send me a PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL to send her product back. ZERO RESPONSE. I did not order it & will never use it.I retain all communication. VISA has been notified & numerous other places for reviews. Horrible service, not being honest and then KEEPING MY $125.28 thinking you'll get away with this?
