Website somewhat tricky
On website, it’s a bit tricky to find a specific hotel and the fine about available rooms and deals. However, once you’ve booked, you receive a PDF that clearly sets out all details.

Even when it is a busy time you occasionally have to make a change. Amy at 5Star Alliance cancelled a hotel reservation at my request and made one at a different hotel making it look easy with a smile and no fuss on Thanksgiving. 5 Star has helped me in many locations around the world. They have the best locations, good service and very pleased clients

The site is easy to navigate as is the reservation process. There is a wealth of information available regarding the booking, but I would have liked a little more information and/or description of the suites.
