the review box said it all. what went wrong this time its like an every day thing. You prople need to invest in a pair of scissors, this fabric look like it was cut with an axe, and had spots on it. i will never buy again. your business is unprofessional
All the fabrics I received were so soft and beautiful.
My order was delayed in delivery. When I reached out to the company, I received a pleasant and professional response with follow up action. When delivered, my fabric was neatly packaged. Thank you.
It took my fabric 29 days to get to me - most of that time in "processing" according to the shipping tracker. On top of that, the price was reduced $1.50 yard shortly after I ordered - and well before my fabric left the facility. I inquired about the price reduction and after a long explanation (which made no sense to me) they offered to include some extra fabrics to compensate for the lowered price. They did NOT include any extra fabrics. When I emailed to bring this to their attention, they told me to send it back if I was unhappy. 3 stars because the fabrics are nice.
I absolutely love their fabric. The selection is diverse and affordable for small businesses like mine. Shipping does tend to be slow, but the shipping department is quick to respond. If shipping practices were improved, I would undoubtedly order from this site regularly!
The fabric was just as described and very nice. It was shipped and arrived quickly.
We were very hopeful that we would get our material in a timely manner - ordered it a cpl of weeks before we needed it, but it took a while to even get sent out. We did receive notice of a UPS Shipment (after I called to cancel the order) - but it took several more days to reach UPS (so it probably wasn't sent to them - just the label created). We finally received the material - it's nice and as it was pictured on their site.
No fabric received
With a major fabric store closing nation wide, I'm grateful to find a new alternative. My "test" run for buying fabric online went very well with great pricing, the fabric was true to the site listing including accurate colors and the type of fabric.
I still haven't received my order. I ordered 6 weeks ago.
Seems like my order got lost or held up but when. I told them they got it shipped right out to me and gave me a yard extra on each fabric i appreciate that because i really like the fabric 👍🏻
My package has been lost in the mail. I filed a claim on the UPS website and I still have not received my package.
I had 3 pieces that were at least 1/3yard shorter than what I ordered and paid for.
