I recently attended Evan Nguyen's real estate investment class, and I must say it was of exceptional quality. The small class size allowed for meaningful interaction and ample time for questions. Evan's attentiveness and willingness to share his knowledge and experiences created a conducive learning environment. The class emphasized that real success in real estate takes time and a solid understanding, dispelling any notions of "get rich quick." I walked away with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of real estate investment. Highly recommended.

More confident in making decisions after the course
This was an impressive coaching on real estate investment with Evan. Initially, I had some reservations about joining his course, as I believed I had a basic understanding of the subject. However, I was thoroughly impressed by what I learned from his course, and so were my fellow classmates. His step-by-step guidance, from the fundamentals to more complex aspects of housing investment, was invaluable. Moreover, his ability to deliver knowledge in a clear and easy-to-understand manner left me feeling confident in making informed decisions. As a result, I am now equipped to navigate the world of real estate without being overwhelmed by the abundance of information out there.

Amazing class!!
I had an class with Evan for investing in real estate for busy people working 9-5 jobs in four weeks and it was amazing. It's much more than just a normal class. He shared everything single small thing from his own experience so we won't step in the wrong path again, which is what I need to prepare for in my life. I got all answers for my questions clearly, for example should I pay off a house with cash or do loans, should we get a property manager or manage it by my self, should I build ADU or buy duplex or triplex. His class taught me more than enough to buy and invest in real estate. Thank you Evan once again.

I’m knew Evan Coaching his video true Facebook and I I’m so interested with all his Videos,and I wish that he have a class that I can learn more about investment to property,so look what I’m find he did had a group of small class and I’m sign up right away in his first class one ,I I’m so glad that I had joined to this lass ,he is such a great ,kindness and honesty person ,he sharing all his knowledge and his experience,I’m live here in US for awhile but didn’t much information about how to invest on property or which way to go … I had more confidence after I took his class ,his class is Amazing,thank you so much Coach Evan is worthy to join your class group
