CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE
Your representatives get very upset and angry when you question them on what your policy covers and they interrupt and try to talk over me when I am talking. They start out nice enough but by the end they became RUDE and CONDESCENDING

BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY
I would give ZERO stars!!! Was pressured into starting a policy yesterday. Tried to cancel. They kept pressuring to “staying.” Finally after 3 phone calls they said it was “cancelled and I’d received a cancellation email within 24 hours.” No email (not shocked). Then I get a text asking for the vin number to my vehicle. I said I cancelled this yesterday and they said that I had to call again to cancel. I call again to cancel and now (after it was supposedly cancelled yesterday) said they cannot cancel without the vin number. I will not give this scam place anymore personal information as I will need to cancel my card after this mess is over. I have contacted the BBB, FTC, and the Indiana Attorney General on this matter since they said I had a refund and now refusing. Not to mention they charged me $9.96 more than what they told me it would cost instead of being 100% up front with all costs.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Facebook them, BBB search them and look on google for the bad reviews. They all outweigh “the good ones”. Do not purchase through them. I will leave this review everywhere I have to until my refund is processed and in my account.Would like to update that I just called and asked for specific verbiage showing that require my VIN to cancel the policy and refund and I told them I wished I hadn’t given my personal information and the employee Travis informed that he wished I hadn’t either. Company is really holding some great standards

They said they would send me a brochure explaining the plan. Nothing. I called and they said again and yet another week has gone by. I am cancelling and asking for a refund. We'll see how that goes.

I told the representative that I was on…
I told the representative that I was on a fixed income.And that I was retired, he dropped my down payment to $69. And my plan was going to be $79 plus tax. That brought it to $89. He forgave the tax now starting in April. Third I will be paying $79 a month. I really appreciate him. He did a fantastic job. Thank you very much, mister Adam's.

These guys are scammers 100%. They made me 2 policies for my vehicle and kept double charging me even after i said to stop and cancel my policy. They would give me a confirmation as a text that i was canceled and then charge my card again saying i had an open policy. Do not go to these people they play the dumb innocent game never call you back make up excuses why they cant reimburse you offer you new deals etc. straight garbage service 100% its all about taking your money.

These people refused to cancel my poilcy. When I told them I just wanted to cancel they told me that wasn’t a good enough reason and needed better reason. They refused and literally ARGUED with me about cancelling my policy. I ended up calling my bank to report them. They are a fuc**in JOKE!!!!
