Sam Harris installed a Zappi charger for us. The physical installation itself was completed, but the team didn’t have the skill set (or time on the day) to set up and connect the MyEnergi app, which is an important part of using the charger properly.I’ve contacted them multiple times since the installation and, while I’ve been told they would come back to complete the app setup, it’s now been several months and nothing has happened.

Great experience start to finish. 1st to supply quote, with excellent info, offered earliest date for installation. Dan & his assistant arrived on time, explained everything they would be doing. Quick & efficient install, all very clean & tidy – no mess after. Really friendly pair who spent some time helping me to get the app set up & checking all working correctly. Only then they told me it was their 1st GLO installation! Altogether great service & would highly recommend to anyone.

What a great company, the guys turned up dead on time, vey polite My installation was not an easy one, running a cable through the house to the fuse box under the stairs, drilling through two walls, and running 14 metres of cable, but they made it look easy, very tidy and clean, a good job very well executed

Good initial experience and recommended to friends. Unfortunately when experiencing an issue with a component of the install, their follow up/proactiveness was poor, despite having installed a component of our installation that is prone to burning out and a genuine health & safety concern.
