Placed order 3/26/2021. Received tracking number same day. Still shows shipping label created. Now the site is down. No way to even go about receiving a refund for order not shipped. Would have given 0 stars if I could have.
Ordered 3 bottles Uncle Junk's Jon wayne 7/29/20. $78.69 Got a confirmation email, processing order. One week later still processing. Website shows my order as paid but unfullfilled. Emailed customer support, no reply. Called their contact phone no. - straight to voicemail. (left message) Waited another week, still no progress on my order. Emailed customer support about for about a week, every other day, no reply. In the meantime, I keep getting emails from their website about promos and sales. Last month tried to reply to one of their promo emails, inquiring about my order. To my surprise I got a reply, saying "thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will resolve this issue right away." that was about three weeks ago. It has been 2 1/2 months since my initial order, my account with them still active, order still showing paid but unfulfilled, but never heard from them again.
