I absolutely loved the courses. Going at my own pace. Very good in explaining and once the course was done I was ready and confident to take the exam. I also love the bonuses! I highly recommend efficient coach. This is the second coaching class I took and I am ready for the Life coaching next. ThankYou!!

well I do not think this is a good course, Sleep Coach certification , maybe better named Hypnosis exercises to get sleeping problems off. Some informations looks ok, must recommendations also you can find it on internet free, you do not need to pay 0 $

I've taken a lot of online courses and this one was the most well laid out and straight forward. The modules were logical and thoughtful. The exercises easily modifiable for a variety of clients.
Great training tool at your own pace
I found the ADHD coaching course to be an excellent learning experience. The content was clear, practical, and grounded in real‑world application. I appreciated how each module built on the last, offering both foundational knowledge and advanced strategies for supporting individuals with ADHD. The examples and scenarios made the material easy to understand, and I feel far more confident in my ability to apply what I’ve learned immediately. Overall, the course was engaging, well‑structured, and highly valuable, I’m leaving it with new insights, stronger skills, and a deeper understanding of effective ADHD coaching practices.
I have not studied or done a course in years, so as a 47 year old it was easy to grasp, to understanding, not complicated at all, yet so informative. I was blown away by every module. I will continue to study with this company.
