Bruce brings the perspective of both a lawyer and psychologically adept person to the course, which I think is important for achieving resolutions that parties don't later regret. In addition, the course is filled with information that is made real through examples. It is a rich course, one that I plan to review over and over.

As a former trainee in Edwards Mediation Academy (EMA), my experience with the mediation training was truly excellent. What made it especially great was the combination of practical learning, expert facilitation, and a supportive environment. The sessions were highly interactive, allowing us to engage in real-life scenarios and hands on exercises that made the concepts easy to understand and apply.The Edwards Mediation Academy did exceptionally well in structuring the training (Modules) in a clear, organized, and professional manner. The facilitators demonstrated deep knowledge of mediation principles and ensured that every participant was actively involved. They created a safe space for open discussion, questions, and constructive feedback, which greatly enhanced the learning experience.I also appreciated the balance between theory and practice. The materials were well-prepared, relevant, and directly applicable to real-world situations. Overall, the training strengthened my confidence and practical skills in mediation.I highly recommend EMA to anyone seeking high-quality, professional mediation training.

honestly when i attend this course i…
honestly when i attend this course i didn't expect more , but what i get from this was full of what i really need to know . Mediation course is roots of creating peace between people and its have to be spread a world wide , However there's disputes continue to rise time to time , I inspire everybody to join this course so that we can build strong relationship amongst people .

I like your methodology of teaching: by examples and Videos
The methodology of using examples and senior mediators'experiences is very good and helped to well understand the mediation process. Especially for Rwanda, I like the way you collaborate with local facilitators who know our cultural context and help learners to more understand the course during face to face sessions.

Great practical training with real-life examples. Knowledgeable trainers and clear structure. More simulations or follow-up support would make it even stronger.
My experience with the mediation course was genuinely positive. What made it great was the practical approach, the real-life examples and interactive sessions helped me understand how to apply the concepts, not just learn the theory. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and created a respectful learning environment that encouraged participation.The academy is doing very well in structuring the course clearly and delivering it professionally. If anything, adding even more practical simulations or follow-up support could make the experience even stronger. Overall, it was a valuable and worthwhile program.

Mediation is the Millenniums course.
Edwards Mediation Academy offers incredible courses that gives its students / participants a room of brainstorming whether you are active or dormant participants.The way Edwards Mediation Academy’s courses are set, itself pulls the participant’s attention, due to that each time participants are suspicious to know what is next in each course.Having Edwards Mediation Academy’s Certificate, it’s like moving with ripen fruits or fried meat ready to serve just.Amongst the courses offered by Edwards Mediation Academy, Counselling is missing in at the early stage to help parties during emotion effect. Without government’s help, for private participants like me, it is very difficult to upgrade with Edwards Mediation Academy’s courses due to being too expensive.
