I have a small dog and sometimes a box of three bags of food show up the there another order with a box of three more bags. I now have 12 bags on the shelf and I don't know how to fix what was on automatic ordering. Her serving size is 1.5 c. a day Ordering should be adjusted for the dog, not what the the owner says when they are not told up front what the feeding schedule amount should be.
Our Samoyed would not even touch the food, in spite of our efforts. I contacted customer service and I was 'offered' a 30% refund if I wanted to keep the 3 bags of food, I turned down that offer and requested a full refund. I was told that I had to ship it all back to get a full refund, and only after they inspect the returned bags they would issue a refund (which will of course cost a substantial amount, but I would rather do that than to throw 3 bags away). Overall, not a great experience. May I also add that when you go to their website and they show ratings they do not show the many one star and two star ratings. Instead of showing ratings by chronological order, they have intentionally chosen to display only the 5 star ratings but if you look closely at the dates there are many that are one star that were posted within the last day or two and they will not show unless you intentionally click on the low star ratings. This is so misleading and wrong. They want to showcase only the good ratings and I feel they need to be fully transparent with customers and show what has been the most recent ratings instead of carefully chosen 5 star ratings, Our dog has been eating Sundays for two years and it has been exceptional, no price increases and the flexibility and ease of ordering is wonderful. Please choose carefully for your pet, some of these celebrity-endorsed companies are not always what they seem.
Rocky loves both the snacks and the kibble. Absolutely loves them both. He is on a weight management kibble and I'm mixing the 2 together.
Both of my dogs like the freeze dried food, especially Tilley Treats and Red’s Rewards.
My dog is a very picky eater, and, in the past, we have only fed the best dog food we could find for our other dogs. But this one has never liked or done well with high quality dog food. Then we saw the commercials and decided to try Dr. Marty's. Since it comes in a small bag and is a bit expensive, I use it as a handful topper and she loves it. If it wasn't so expensive I would feed it to her all the time. Very appreciative of the treats that are sent as samples. Gives me the opportunity to see what she likes. I cannot tell you how much money we have wasted on dog food the last 2.5 years. I appreciate the lower subscription cost and know you need to charge what you have to. My dog seems healthier too. She has a sensitive gut and does really well on the Wellness food. Thank you.
My standard poodle absolutely loves your products but he has to fight off my cat who also loves Dr. Marty's
I haven't received my second order yet, but why I ordered a second time is because my dog is crazy about it, he bites my fingers..lol...so I wanted to try a second time to see if he'll have the same reaction

My two dogs love it. My one dog is fussy but she has been eating it every day now. It has greatly improved her poops.
He eats the biologically balanced essential wellness every day 3 times and he has the tilly's freeze dried beef liver. He us doing good but the only think he didn't like are the cob (fish) ones I would prefer the beef liver ones instead
First off I had to cut down her portions substantially because she went from 9 pounds to 11 pounds in 2 months. Also although she’s only 5 years old she seems a lot livelier. She does love the food I must say. Hopefully her weight is down upon her next checkup
The dogs love the food and my allergy prone dog seems to be getting better.
My dog Sophie was in a little decline. Her behavior was a little bizarre licking the floor her bed and she had a film on her eyes. I switched up Dr. Marty's essential health within a matter of a week or so was dramatic change, her eyes cleared up, she became very much more active. I even noticed her fur actually got a film on. It is looking really good. I'm very happy with Dr. Marty's essential.So this is a little story I think it's kind of funny. I am working down in Tucson, Arizona and I had a delivery to my RV park.. I believe that driver was Asian and the delivery company was DSL. She had a hard time with the English language and had a hard time finding the address. I told her to leave it in the office and when I got back that night from work, the office manager told me she simply dropped it off at the first site in the park, and the people brought it into the officex the funny part is the office manager told me that she was Chinese and that all goods delivered by that company were from China, so I started freaking out told my wife wow that stuffs manufactured in China had the weirdest feeling in my stomach, so I called customer service about the delivery and was so much assured that it was manufactured in Tennessee and delivered from California. No concerns just a funny story.
Wow! My boxer dogs are thriving! They love the food and are showing all the health benefits from it. Their fur is so thick and shiny and their energy is amazing! They are 6 years old acting like puppies.
Piper my chi is a very picky eater. I have bought him all kinds of name brand healthy wet and dry food, naughty. He won't touch them. He loves his little Dr. MARTY KIBBLES. One of my kitties munches on Pipers kibbles. He has his own Dr MARTY cat kibbles
I had issues finding something that my little Penny could eat or would eat. So I seen Dr. Marty's video and decided to give it a try and couldn't be happier. Penny's happy too! Now Dr. Marty's is all I buy.
I have a six-year-old Chorky that has been on many different kibbles and lastly, a healthy dehydrated food, but I always had to add something to it or she would walk away. We’ve been in the transition phase. She would leave the old and eat the new, now she’s completely on Dr. Marty’s food and she loves it. No coaxing it makes me happy to see her enjoy her food and the peace of mind I have that she’s getting proper nutrition. I’m looking forward to all the other benefits I will be seeing the longer she is on it.Thank You Dr MartyDee and Lily
Like I’ve said before, my dogs loves your products but the dental chews are still out of stock. It would be nice if your company let us know when things are back in stock so we don’t have to keep checking. I have 6 items in my cart but I’m waiting to place my order when I can add the chews.
This is the second time my order is a disaster... 1st time I gave them the benefit of the doubt... this time I ordered 3 bags of food... they claim it was shipped and lost... thats a lie, they lied to me last time too... and now 10 days later they claim that that food is not in stock anymore... you would think they would offer some compensation or a coupon...
So far I have noticed a decrease in his yeast infections, and he absolutely loves the taste! He evens enjoys it mixed with water, and has refused to eat any other food this way, so it must taste delicious!!
