Worst company to deal with!Unhelpful and unprofessional Returned the item after 2 weeks still diphthong despite using a QR code supplied and still no refund !!Avoid like the plague

Not fit for purpose, will not fit all dogs, very poor customer service
My dog is short with a deep chest and although I ordered the correct size, the harness slips out of place. frankly dangerous. Customer service just told me to tighten the chest more so my dog would not be able to breathe. the harness will never fit , no matter how tight as the Y piece cannot be adjusted. DO NOT buy this harness if you have a compact deep chested dog! Customer service are terrible as well and because of that I would say avoid this company.
