terrible customer service support for faulty products
We need to be able to put Zero stars.I ordered the Nightmare before Christmas 4 picture LPs as a present for Christmas and they arrived later than advertised but i ordered early and they arrived mid-November.The LPs had 3 pictures, not 4. 2 of the pictures was the same. So i reported this to them and got a replacement, that again took a bit of time to arrive but just about arrived before Christmas. The LPs had the same issue.I've now had a case open since the 12th of December 2025 with no answers or resolution.

Delivery Took a Long Time but it Arrived!
This was the only website in the UK that I could order the vinyl I wanted from. Otherwise shipping from US was going to cost £19. So after reading all of the negative reviews, I risked it. I was kept updated that they didn’t have a delivery date and couldn’t guarantee it by Christmas (I ordered mid Nov) however it arrived about a month after I placed the order. So all in all I am happy!

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD.I ordered someone’s Christmas present (a lion king record) on Nov 26th 2025, paying day 4.99£ on top for next day delivery. It is now the 17th of December and no trace of it!! I contacted them 4 times, no answer given - only two useless automatic replies from their website and nothing from DMGDMEfeedback@d*****.com (10th dec) and Support@musicstoresu*****.zendesk.com (11th dec).Their website says that it takes maximum 7 days in busy times to get the items shipped - ridiculous.On Sunday 13th Dec I finally got an email saying that the item has been shipped, including a tracking reference with Royal Mail. However, it is now the 17th and the tracking system of Royal Mail says “We're expecting it. The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.”I AM LIVID, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, STAY MILES AWAY FROM THEM!!

IGNORED FOR MONTHS
I received a box of items originally ordered in July and it arrive half torn open and if it was dropped in a tub of water. All items ruined. I tried four times to get them to send me a return label. No reply. I then paid the $14 plus to return it with a signature required. I wrote again after I knew it was delivered. After more weeks they confirmed that they received it on Auguust 4th and it would take one month to process the return (REALLY?). It is now September 11th and I have written five more times and they never reply. Have never refunded. Simply stealing money. I plan to file a complaint with the California Attorney General in that this is intentional theft and that this Disney Music Emporium should never be allowed to sell to any customer in the State of California ever again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU NEED HELP THEY WILL IGNORE YOU!

Virtually no costumer service
Had to request a chargeback after two weeks after ordering with no confirmation of said order or contact from their costumer service. Reached out multiple times to no answer. Made me question the legitimacy of whether this was actually Disney or not, but they would’ve been sued to hell already if it wasn’t and the research I made had it seem legitimate.Buyers, at least from outside the US, be warned.
