Needed to rent an EKG machine. Andrew and this team were very helpful. He recommended the right machine for us, and they were very responsive over the phone/email. We were able to get expedited shipping and had no problems with the machine or the delivery. Their rates were also very fair compared to other companies. I highly recommend using this company!
What I Purchased: A NEW Nellcor™ Portable SpO₂ Patient Monitoring System, PM10N with an adult sensor on 4/29/2020.What I Received: A used Nellcor™ Portable SpO₂ Patient Monitoring System, PM10N without an adult sensor on 5/6/2020.Ending: Refund initiated. Nobody won. I lost $20 shipping it back and spent more time ordering it from someone else. Discount Cardiology lost money on shipping it to me and future transactions with me.I have updated 3 times so the review reflects what happened. I wish DC the best and hopefully my incidence was an exception.

I was sold a defective monitor.I called Discount Cardiology and the tech told me to return the unit because it was defective.After returning the unit, they refused to refund my money.There was never any certification that the unit was checked and the owner just accused me of lying about the defective monitor.Stay away from these people unless you want to get ripped off.
Discount Cardiology was fine to work with, but product received last (EKG machine) was very inferior quality and does not work correctly. There is no name, address, or contact information included anywhere on the machine or manual to be able to get resolution of the problem. The manual is so badly translated as to be useless. Previous dealings with this company were fast, smooth and pleasant.

The general manager whom I spoke to lied to me that I will get my purchase within 5working days. Despite my numerous phone calls I have not up till today received my refund. It sound like a scam and I would never recommend to anybody to have anything to do with this company. I think it should be shut down and prosecuted. Am in the process of doing just that.
Excellent. Very quick and efficient
Had right equipment. Got product on time. Credit card was used to pay. Discount said card was declined, so a debit card was used next. Credit card was credited however as well. Instead of refunding the money they sent us 2 shipments. The second is in storage, we have no use for it and cannot get rid of it.

Dealt with this company in 2014. I would advise those who would, to be wary when corresponding with a Ronald Cohen (Owner?). There was a dispute about a used equipment he was trying to sell. Make sure to duly document - in writing, time marks and all - this company's assurances on warranty and product support. Do not agree to anything over the phone, with Mr Cohen especially. If not for those records in our case, we would not have prevailed in the dispute. C.LAdministrator
I had been looking at ECG machines for several months. I was a little hesitant to order from an online company instead of my regular lab distributor but I have been pleasantly surprised. Discount Cardiology has been great. I had trouble with the first machine sent out but it only took one phone call to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend.
