The content of the bootcamp was very, very rich in work experience related to data engineering. although the curriculum wasn't easy, it was awesome to go through it and made me feel alive

Dataexpert.io content is a real gateway for any data person with average/below average skill to look beyond/further. It basically shows the path or bridge the gap in multi retrospects. Gives us a peek into how are things get done in FAANG companies when zach was working.Absolutely Loved it

Great learning experience
Right now, I'm not always focused on data engineering (more enthusiastic about AI or ML), but the site's recurring free events (bootcamps, quizzes...) help me to better apprehend the field, understand how it interacts with other roles, and even acquire valuable knowledge. The platform is also expanding to other areas, like security or agentic AI on AWS (Besa cloud academy) allowing everyone to get into a learning path that will make them happy.

It’s a high-quality learning platform for anyone serious about data engineering. I purchased the all-access subscription because I couldn’t afford the bootcamp, and it has still provided tremendous value and depth. Highly recommended.

Exactly the practical context I've been missing
Dataexpert has been great - I have found it so useful to learn from those who have grinded away for years at the top companies. There are concepts I've learned from textbooks which I've sometimes questioned the practicality of (ETL vs ELT, true streaming vs micro batching), and Zach has been able to provide much-needed colour from real-world examples. Zach's been able to directly answer the questions that were floating around in my head, without me even needing to ask!It's been very useful to hear how the big tech companies solve the cutting-edge challenges, but just as useful to learn which solutions are 'good enough' for most real-world scenarios.The balance of high-level insight and pragmatic guidance on this course is well worth it.
