Top notch level of Customer Service
I recently bought two pairs of shoes from Cosy Island. It was my first time ordering so I didn’t know what to expect but they are beautiful and comfortable. I did have a small issue with one of the pair on the fit but I can honestly say their Customer Service is top notch. Zoey helped me through the process and fully resolved my issue. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer care
A heel broke on a pair of boots that I had worn not that often (at work events or outings only, less than 20x), and although I had purchased them over a year ago, Zoey from customer care was very understanding and helpful in sending me a new pair. I was able to choose a new style since the one I had was no longer available. Thank you very, I own a few pair of shoes from Cosy Island and this gesture increased my confidence in your products.

I had an issue with sizing
I had an issue with sizing. I reached out to customer service and dealt with Sherry and Zyra. Let me tell you I was in shock by their customer service. Top notch. They handled my concern, they handled it quickly and with kindness. With the state of our country, and all the hate and anger, it was a nice surprise. Aside from a great shoe, I fell in love with their customer service. I don't like writing reviews but I had to. #choosekindnesslikeSherryAndZyra

These shoes are incredible comfortable. I bought my first pair and after using them an entire day, standing up during a work conference, I got 3 more!! And customer service is awesome too. Sherry and Zoey replied my questions, were very patient and finally solved it beyond my expectation. Thank you all at Cosy Island!

Brand-loyal obsession
"My first purchase turned into a brand-loyal obession. I am beyond impressed with the shoes and boots I have purchased from Cosy Island. Usually there's a a painful 'break-in' period, but these were so comfortable from the second I put them on. I have fours pair and four more on the way. THE QUALITY IS TOP-NOTCH AND SO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! (THANK YOU ZOEY) I had to make a size adjustmeent and Zoey's immediate response made the whoe experience seamless. If you're on the fence, just buy them. Your feet (and peace of mind) will thank you!"

Great customer service and perfect shoes
The shoes are very nice and when I contacted the customer support because they were a little too small, Ivan responded immediately and send e new pair a half size up. I did have to return the pair that is too small and I am perfectly happy with the new pair which arrived just a week after my contact to Ivan.

Zoey is awesome!
Truly a customer experience I haven't seen in a while. At this point I have to do size exchanges and the process has been super smooth. Kudos to Zoey in processing my second exchange in a breeze.
