I would like to share my experience both as user and agent here on the Costa Del Sol.This portal is potentially the most up to date properties on the coast compared to many others especially from abroad. The majority of properties are directly sourced from agents CRMs making it more difficult to make incorrect listings like others that are done manually.For the majority of honest agents working here, listing real properties at the correct prices, it is frustrating when others do not and use portals to try and get more clients and in turn making us more expensive when we advertise the actual market.It is impossible to control at 100% what is on international portals as it is individual agents who put properties on for the portal to advertise. to date Costadelhome has been the most accurate for all my searches without being duped with "fake" properties in terms of percentage... in comparaison 20 properties here 1 or 2 may have been suddenly sold or put off market - compared to others where out of 20.... 15+ have suddenly been sold or put off-market when enquiring for them...
