If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, on 2 separate projects, the customer service was exceptional. Eva truly went above and beyond. She is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever worked with. She was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, even outside of normal business hours.Eva is not only hardworking but also truly excellent at what she does. When I made a few mistakes on my end, she stepped in without hesitation, fixed everything seamlessly, and made sure I received a flawless product right on time. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy did not go unnoticed.If you have the opportunity to work with Eva, do it! She sets the gold standard for customer service. The company is lucky to have her, and honestly, she deserves a raise. Every customer service experience should strive to be as outstanding as the one Eva provided.I will be using Coolie Nation again, only if I get to work with Eva!

I ordered Coolies for a wedding. From the beginning, Meg was wonderful to work with, she was very timely and responsive in her emails. The coolies came in and the color was a bit off. I messaged her and I heard from a manager the very next morning. They immediately corrected the color and I received a whole new shipment in the correct color within a week. They are perfect! I can definitely recommend Coolie Nation!!
