This is a scam website. Purchased the tickets thinking this is the official website at around 40 euros while minutes later they send me the tickets from the official website and it is only 18 euros. So you pay 22 euros for nothing, maybe for being stupid! Well, at least they gave you a ticket.

Big warnings: Never ever buy anythink from this page !!!
I would like to share my latest experience with this page. Looks like "official" but this is just "Fake". Purchased 13.9.2025 two tickets for Colosseum for 79,90 EUR. After several urgencies received tickets and payment confirmation directly from official reseller Colosseo.it in price 36,- EUR. Just 43,90 profit for NO services added. Strategy: If you not send urgencies, you will get NO tickets at all. If you are activ and claim, they send you "some ticket", may be for another date or time. In my case it was only 15 min. difference compare purchase confirmation. Never ever make the same mistake as me and buy from them anythink.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible. They ghost you and do not answer emails, which is the only way to contact them. Do not use them! Ordering tickets is confusing. We had trouble ordering tickets and had to repeat several times, each time changing the date. The last time I guess we didn’t change the date. Part of the ticket was useable and part was not. Do not use them.

Complete Scam
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We paid €80 for four tickets, but when we received them, the price printed on each ticket was €2, meaning we effectively paid €80 instead of €8. This is a complete scam. We are still trying to get a refund, but they keep denying our requests. Please, please, please do not purchase from this website, and report them on Google for misleading commercial practices.

disappointing visit
We purchased two tickets for a total of €79.90, but the printed price on each ticket was only €18. There was no transparent breakdown of costs. The audio guide, advertised in over 15 languages, was not available on-site. We were told that, because we booked through a third-party provider, no audio guide device could be given – only a free app was offered, which supports just 4 languages.The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill were already closed when we arrived. Our ticket was scheduled for 6:00 p.m., but by 6:35 p.m., all visitors were asked to leave the entire area due to closing time. After going through security and ID checks, we had barely any time to see anything.We contacted the provider via email – even in English – but have not received any response to date. For a price of nearly €80 and such limited access, this experience was very disappointing.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This is SCAM! We paid €30 euros per ticket, while on the official Colosseum website you can buy the exact same ticket for only €18! Unfortunately they tricked us into thinking they were offering good tickets because they showed up high in the Google search results.Conclusion: This isa rip off! Don't book here! Just book tickets on the OFFICIAL Colosseum website!

I would have left less than 1 star if possible
I would have left less than 1 star as I paid for tickets and never received the one I wanted and couldn't claim a refund.Purchased tickets for the 15th June and received a confirmation of order then a cancellation saying to rebook or get refund, I tried a refund and couldn't get it it keeps saying that the email was incorrect. So I tried again to book later on the 15th then they sent me tickets for the 16th which I couldn't do as I was traveling home. Again tried to get a refund but didn't work so unable to do anything sent email to complain and request support no reply. Terrible service and scam people that should be jailed for ripping off tourists and giving Italy Rome a bad name for scams and

Colosseum tickets Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Do not use this website, €18 of tickets cost €66 after their added ‘service fees’. Not interested in any refund even when tickets were not used they refused to refund any costs associated with the purchase when I notified them within minutes of purchase.

I booked tickets to go to the…Colosseum
I booked tickets to go to the Colosseum, I thought this was their genuine website. I booked them for 11:15 as we could not attend any later due to our flight time. They then changed the time to 12:00 so we were unable to go. I contacted them regarding a refund and unless you read all the T&Cs you are unaware they can change your ticket time. It needs to be advertised more clearly on their website. I would not use this website and would advise against using them. If I could give 0/5 I would.

I hope more people don't fall for this scam. We bought tickets for 30 euros each, received an email saying we'll have them within 5 days, and 2 days later they emailed "Oops! No tickets", and when you ask for a refund they refuse and take you back to the beginning of the site. They totally ruined the experience, as there are no more tickets available for that date anywhere.

They ruined our chance to see the Colosseum
They ruined our chance to see the Colosseum on our holiday to Rome. We paid the booking for a specific timeslot, but they later wrote, that the timeslot wasn't available. Then, they asked us to re-book for another slot, that also got cancelled, and the money (exact same amount) is suddenly being drawn from Spain/Barcelona on our bank account.Now all timeslots are occupied, we didn't see colosseum.They are not the official vendors and charge overprice for nothing!To be fair, the paid back the money.
