SCAM Product I received was nothing like the website
Thr product I received was nothing like the product advertised on the website. The tank only held about 200ml of water not the 500ml advertised. There was no timer function as advertised. The product would only work if it was plugged into the charger so was obviously not charging. I reached out and all they sent me was a Survey Link which I refused to click on. They then came back and offered a 25% refund and I could keep the product. I said that wasn't good enough and would expect at least 50%. They then just refunded this straight away (should have said I expected a full refund haha). Typical SCAM behaviour. At least did not lose the full price.
