Dishonest! Does not fix your vehicle

Stay away! If I could give negative stars - 10 stars I took my vehicle to Paul Constable at Chrisler Automotive August 2022 with a transmission problem. Chrisler completed and received payment for installation of what was supposed to be a remanufactured transmission. The costs were paid partially through my Omega Auto Warranty contract and by me personally. Chrisler completed the work October 6, 2022. Over the course of the last year I repeatedly took the vehicle back to Chrisler for transmission issues. Each time Chrisler claimed to have checked the vehicle and did not find issue. Each time Chrisler claimed additional unrelated repairs were needed but never fixed the transmission issue. When my vehicle stalled in August 2023, I took the vehicle to another auto repair facility. They diagnosed the vehicle stating the transmission has an internal clog and needed to be replaced. They also stated the transmission installed by Chrisler was not remanufactured transmission it appeared used. When I called Chrisler and spoke to Paul Constable he admitted installing what he called a salvaged transmission. I told him the warranty company refuses to pay for the install of another transmission because they said it still under his warranty-- 12 months and/or 12,000 miles. He informed me the warranty expired on the install. I asked him why did he bill for remanufactured transmission but then install a salvaged transmission. He said he uses those terms interchangeably. A use/salvaged part is not the same as a remanufactured part. Chrisler Automotive fraudulently filed a claim and received payment for remanufactured transmission and installed a cheaper lower quality transmission.Chrisler Automotive failed to honor their 12month/12,000 mile warranty. on the installation of the transmission. They had multiple opportunities to fix the transmission over the course of the last year but failed to correct the issue. Each time Chrisler claimed to have checked the transmission they found nothing wrong but came up additional repairs and parts needing to be replaced (ABS Wheel Sensor, catalytic converter, O2 Sensor, Axels, oil pan gasket, I have been without a vehicle for the past year due to Chrisler's dishonesty and faulty repairs. Do not take your vehicle here.
