SCAM SITE
I work for an airline and have reason to believe this site is a scam. Frequently, the credit cards being used to book the flight get disputed as fraud. I suspect they collect funds from good paying customers and use stolen credit cards to book with the airline. Proceed with caution as you could end up stranded or without a flight should the airline cancel your reservation due to the fraud dispute. They could also steal your credit card to scam future passengers as one review pointed out that their card was compromised after booking through cheapflightsbank.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent experience I had with a company called *Chip Flight Service*, which was listed as a booking option through your Google Flights platform.Approximately 60 days ago, I searched for a flight from Miami to Lima using Google Flights. Among the listed providers, I found Chip Flight Service and purchased a ticket through their link for $911.Since then, I have called their customer support every week. Each time, they told me that the reservation was being processed and that I would receive confirmation soon. However, now just one week before my scheduled travel date, they have informed me that they cannot fulfill the booking, leaving me without a flight and no solution.This is not just a case of poor customer service – this is *deceptive and unacceptable behavior* that appears to be part of a fraudulent pattern. Scam. Nothing but a scam. They offer you discounted rates that they don't honor. They will get u excited that you got a cheap price but later will call you and say that airline isn't offering that rate anymore and get you to book the same tickets at a much higher rate. Avoid them at all costs.

The boarding pass did not come when they said it would. I was told is have it 24 hours before hand and out did not come then. I called several times and reached out on the website and got the pass about 20 hours before the flight after they called me back.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I booked a flight, received an email and phone call that the flight wasn't available, but another one was for a higher price. Fine; I approved to pay more money for the flight and expected to have the payment processed within 24 hours. After not receiving confirmation after 4 days, I called and spoke with Mike who would look into it. After ANOTHER day of waiting, I received only an email saying that I could book a different flight. I had to call Mike AGAIN only to find that the original flight wasn't available. WTF. Talk about a circus. I will never use them, and I suggest you never do either.

The agent assured me of confirmation and boarding pass was sent as adviced. They checked in for me. It was convenient. Return flights were prior checked in and timely sent of boarding pass. Likely to book next flights.

My greatest experience was how the agent was so attentive to my satisfaction on his services that he gave me and he was very detailed oriented as to what I was needing for my trip, this was on 11/27/2024 going to PHI and returned on 12/01/2024 back to DFW. I added a carry-on bag later, the payment was processed at the bank, and I even called the airline two days before the flight to confirm. They assured me everything was fine and told me not to worry. However, at the airport during boarding, it turned out the bag wasn't added, and I was almost charged double at the counter. It felt like I was in a suspense movie. The issue was resolved literally one minute before boarding, but it was an extremely stressful experience.This company is not reliable. I chose them because of the low price, given the limited time before my flight, but the whole process left me anxious. The staff didn’t even apologize and insisted I pay first, promising compensation later. However, based on how they handled things, it felt like an empty promise. Overall, I cannot recommend this company.
