Excellent service from certified rate and especially Keith V Morton has done an outstanding job in getting the refinance to our house for good rate. He helped and guided us every step in getting the loan closed and get a good refinance rate. I did not have any communication gap during this process with Keith. Five stars is not enough to truly describe what we experienced with CR(Certified Rate) from start to finish. We received two other rate quotes from Loan Depot and our credit union. My credit union experience was disappointing. The Loan Depot representative was very pushy and condescending. This being our first experience with the whole refi process, we had so many questions. Greg and his staff at CR were so knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. What really caused us to lean toward Certified Rate over Loan Depot was their transparency with everything and non pressure approach. But more importantly, they made us feel like they had our best interest at heart, not their wallet. I've had several conversations with Greg after our loan closed about other potential purchases and for information purposes on out of state buying opportunities. He's given me great insight as if he was in my shoes. I feel like we've made a friend for life. Now you might be thinking, not overly concerned about the customer service, you just want the best rate. We got both with CR! Loan Depot rate offer was slightly lower, but CR matched with no questions asked. I don't believe you'll encounter more professional, knowledgeable and honest people in the lending space than with Certified Rate. So blessed to have find CR.

Certified Rate did an excellent job on my refinance! They are professional, clear, honest, and expedient. I would never use another company now that I’ve experienced such wonderful treatment. Greg really knows what he’s doing, and his team is great as well. They are fantastic all around. Top notch!

Paul and co. very obviously know what they are doing. I am a very skeptical person but CR provided transparent and clear direction that quelled even my hyper-vigilance. Hey! Just want to give a big shout out to Paul Giangrande and the crew at Certified Rate Mortgage. This was the best Refi experience I've ever had. The best rate the first time, no negotiation or points, they knew what they needed up front, so no surprise paperwork hassles, and if you can believe it, they call you right back if you have an issue, and they take the time to explain the process to you step by step. Best option for those who value saving time and money
I have been using my cousin for mortgages since 2004. I trusted her to get me the best mortgage rates and lowest fees simply because we're related. I decided to take a chance with a company that I found on BankRate.com after being frustrated that my cousin took three months to process a cash-out refi on one of my properties.Certified Rate did a cash-out refi for one of my rental properties and a regular refi on another in less than a month while everyone else was quoting me a 45-day minimum. Paul completed my application in less than one day and got me approved in a matter of days versus weeks. The whole process took less than a month. I couldn't believe it. On top of lightning-fast service, they offered the best rate and lowest fees that I found. I called numerous companies to get quotes. Certified Rate had lower fees and interest rates than most everyone else including my cousin. The few other companies that offered lower rates or fees were either unresponsive when I called back, had bad reviews or some other issue.Paul was available whenever I had questions -- including the weekends and after hours. I didn't expect for him to respond. I send text and emails at odd hours because I fire them off when they come to mind for fear I will forget. I love that I could call and text him directly instead of going through a minefield of phone options and explaining who I am and why I'm calling to a different person in a call center just to get passed to the right person. I highly recommend Certified Rate to anyone who values saving time and money. I am never using my cousin again.
