Good to work with your company
Representative was very professional. Easy to understand and work with.
I could understand his English and very respectful. This quality is so important to me ask a customer. I never felt like he was pushing or rushing to something that I didn’t understand. I almost signed with Skyline Financial but I didn’t feel comfortable and backed out at the last minute. So I had given up my trust on getting help.I had to learn a lot about making financial decisions and making decisions on everything with the passing of my husband. When you have been married since you were 16 almost 17 you learn sometimes the hard way. I have always worked hard so when I lost my husband only now feel that I can breathe. I really do appreciate Brad Gussin for answering all my questions and making sure I understand everything. This so hard to find in a company, you have a true Gem. I hope everyone appreciates him.
The customer service was top notch! Everyone I spoke with were professional and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions even if I ask the same question more than once!
I spoke with your representative for over 20 minutes before I understood that this was a debt resolution company. I was looking for a loan to consolidate debt. The first time I understood that this was debt resolution was when I was told that this could take 3 to 6 months to start paying off my debt. Again, I told Mr. Pippen that I was not interested in debt resolution. I explained to him that I had tried debt resolution before and my credit score tanked and I was never gonna do that again. I received what I considered to be a very rude email from Mr. Pippin. It began…“Your credit score is good for one thing, and one thing only, and that’s getting more debt. If your goal is truly to eliminate your debt, then this will accomplish that.” I was not pleased at all, not with Mr. Pippin, and not with the way that I was misled.I did a loan and consolidated all my debt into one monthly payment that will take me three years to pay off. I received my payment, talked to my creditors to get a lower pay off, and paid them off in full within five business days. All while Mr. Pippen is still sending me emails to try to suck me in to this program which would have made my credit score even worse. It is my belief that this is on the verge of being a scam because you may get individuals debt down eventually. The amount of time that it takes you to do so is life altering when you consider the impact from not paying your creditors and the rapid decline in your credit score. Thanks, but no thanks.
Paul was extremely patient with me even when I was getting discharged from the hospital after having a stroke.

My experience was good. Still need to see how program progresses before making a definite conclusion.
In the beginning (June 2022), they were fantastic! Super helpful and very engaged. They called me every once in a while to check in.Until...In 2023, one of the highest accounts in my program, failed after Century had made 7 payments. They had over-allocated my funds (I had not missed any payments), and the account dropped and the original debtor sought help from a legal team. I had no idea it was dropped... Century - at that point - had stopped caring and calling me.Last year, early 2025, I was summoned for the full amount. I called Century, and they promised to assist me and send me documents to help me in court.First court date came around, and I had not received anything... No documents, no e-mail, no phone call. The attorney was very helpful and she postponed the court date to February 2026. I sent an e-mail to Century with all she had said.I got no response at all! Completely ignored.I made extra payments in hopes Century would settle with them before my next court date...My second date came up so I sent them another e-mail with a request for a document to help me out. This time they did reply. They sent me a generic e-mail asking me to call the customer service number... Of course assuming you can talk through the bot first. Not wanting to deal with them already anymore anyway, I contacted the attorney. The lady was super helpful once again! She informed me that Century had not sent them any offers or communications at all in the last few months. We decided to settle it in court (for a deal better than what Century could have offered - minus the fees!).Moral of the story: The debt is yours! Century will try to profit of your situation. They can't lose, because if THEY fail, the debtors come find YOU! And that's too bad, ain't it?Know that the debtors offer the same deals to individuals as they do to these companies. All they (Century and others) do is take a 25% fee. My program (minus the one I got sued for) will be done in a few months. I'll be happy to be done with them!
Brant was extremely informative & made a not so good financial situation better.
Professional service that has good customer service so far
Paul Burgress was awesome. Very helpful with everything
My 3-Year Experience With Century (Debt Settlement) – Please Read Before Signing UpI am sharing my three-year experience with Century so others can make an informed decision.I enrolled with Century in late 2022/early 2023 while looking for help with debt. At the time, I was current on my bills and had a good credit score. I was pressured to enroll and advised to stop paying my creditors, which led to nonstop calls from banks, collection agencies, and attorneys.I paid thousands of dollars every month, and it became clear that Century prioritized collecting their fees (about 26%) before paying down my debt. Over the program, I paid approximately $58,000 towards centuries' settlement fee.I was told legal help would be available if needed, but when three accounts went to court, Century provided no assistance and stated they are not lawyers. Despite repeatedly warning them that lawsuits were coming, they failed to communicate with attorneys. One account resulted in a judgment against me, and the others were settled at amounts close to the full balance once fees were included. In December, my brother offered to help me pay off my remaining debt. I contacted Century to ask how to transfer funds but never received the promised instructions. After multiple attempts to cancel, I sent a written cancellation and stopped my monthly deposit. After canceling, Century voided all my settlements — including ones where fees had already been paid — and sent multiple emails stating the settlements were canceled. I later received a collection letter from Century, despite their website stating you can cancel at any time with no penalties.Once I contacted my creditors directly, they were helpful and willing to negotiate, and several encouraged me to leave Century. I was able to resolve my debts without their involvement.Based on my experience, Century offers little value beyond debt negotiation — something consumers can do themselves. Be very cautious. If you leave the program, you may end up with another collection letter, this time from Century.Addendum (01/28/2026):After posting this review, I received a phone call from Jennifer at Century on 01/28/2026 around 11:30 a.m. She initially called me, which I missed, and I returned the call shortly after.During the conversation, Jennifer stated that the collection letter Century sent me was “for informational purposes only” and that Century does not pursue customers the way creditors or collection agencies do. I explained to her that, from my perspective, receiving a collection letter from the very company that was supposed to help me avoid creditors and collections felt contradictory and concerning.I am adding this clarification for transparency so others are aware of Century’s explanation regarding the letter.
