Please save yourself the headache
This company lies about their abilities and experience to get you to sign up with them. I was told they have relationships with creditors that mean clients rarely get sued, I was sued my first month in the program and have now been sued twice, all because of the steps they instructed me to take. They guaranteed that when lawsuits do happen they settle them for much less than owed. Both of mine have been settled for full amounts plus fees. Their agents tend to all tell you different things, and you don't get a dedicated representative that you can call directly, so getting reasonable updates and consistent information is nearly impossible. Just save yourself the headache and choose another firm.

The entire staff are amazing , discuss all the specifics on how the company works and will get on top of the aggressive creditors and stop or remove lawsuits when they agree to pay the creditors. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and they will save you a lot of money from your original debt owed on each creditor.

She also sent me a password-reset link to Century's online portal for clients. About half way through I was running into some problems with settlement with a credit card but Century Law Firm helped me with a solution.
