As a new user, I love using Cater Nation!
I have really enjoyed using Cater Nation. The website is easy to use and the food location choices are varied. If I have a question, I can very easily use the chat bot button and someone immediately joins and answers my question in real time. I love the confirmation of the order the day of the event. The experience has always been smooth, easy, and best of all, reliable! Thank you

Discrepancy in F&B minimums shown between your list and what showed up during checkout process. - (Original 1-Star review and reasoning given on 1/18/2026.)**UPDATE** - (1.29.2026) - Kim Lutzyk with Cater Nation followed up in less than 24-hours to learn more about my experience that led to the review. Her genuine curiosity, professionalism, and obvious focus on customer service was exemplary. She clearly communicated the internal resolution that had been put in motion related to my feedback and even put me in touch with one of the owners, Kyle Brown. The extent to which both Kim and Kyle went in addressing the issue and ensuring my satisfaction were examples of what customer service done right should look like. Will gladly continue to do business with Cater Nation based on the standards to which they hold themselves, and their true commitment to customer satisfaction.
