Forgotten like a cheap haircut
After I made an inquiry online for my scrap car, Chris from this company called and offered me $200 cash for the car. This started April 18th.I have scheduling troubles, as I work far from where I live, and I told him that in our initial conversation. I am a Special Needs Caregiver working overnight weekends, and unfortunately the vehicle I'm trying to scrap is near work.On the arranged day of pickup, I texted him twice, as well as called the provided number. There was no reply. A few days later I called again and was told "oh we deal with so many cars, we probably just forgot about you" by Chris.I should have left then, but his $200 offer was a bit better than the other offers I received, so I rescheduled for the following Friday, April 26th.At which time I was told the offer was $100 and that they can't do any more than that.Deceitful tacticts and terrible customer service.
