Let me start off by saying this is my first experience of transporting a car. It took me a long time to find somebody who is reliable scrolling through reviews. I finally found focus car transporters on Reddit and was so glad I did. There’s good things to be said about the company, but the main thing that really drove this five star review was Michael he runs his company so smoothly and is focused on customer experience. I’m gonna go through the pros and cons that really made this experience great. The first thing to be said is price transparency I shipped a EV from Virginia to Texas around the end of May. The total cost came out to roughly $1500 the first 35% was due when my car was picked up and then the remainder was paid to the transporters when I received the car in Texas, which I use Zelle for. I would like to remind everybody to take down any toll tags or toll passes prior to transport and to set an AirTag in the car as it works really well with pinpointing real time locations! Pros: -Fast and easy communication-Accurate pick up and drop off times and dates!!-Fast shipment-Free car wash after receiving the car in destination location (Up to $30 send receipt for payment) -Paid for my Uber from the airport to receiving location-Held the car for me when my flight was canceled-Insured safety of me and my car during pick up and drop off -Very accommodating-Transport invoice providedCons:-Pricey for some -The direct carrier information is not given to the customer while this did not bother me because the communication with michael was fast and consistent. I know that this may be a bigger con for some. (You may have access to this information upon request. I’m not sure, but it never hurts to ask.)

Excellent, reliable communication and service
There is an enormous amount of variability in this industry and trust runs low. I was skeptical at first, because I needed a pickup guaranteed in a small window as I had read of horror stories of drivers not showing up. Michael was on top of it throughout the process, and the driver showed up exactly on time as promised. The secret sauce of Michael is that he is using his industry experience to weed out unreliable carriers and pick trustworthy, reliable companies. The driver delivered the car in less than 48 hours from Vegas to Seattle, much earlier than promised! If you have never shipped before and are worried - give this company a try. You won’t regret it!

Focus Car Transporters is exceptional! The driver delivered my car on time (actually early) and without any hassle. Michael, the broker, had excellent communication with me along the way and there were no hidden fees! I have had my car delivered across the country a few times for my job and this was by far the most reliable, timely and easiest car delivery service I have worked with. Please don't overlook this company even though they are on the pricier side...as the saying goes "you get what you pay for!" I promise you that you wont regret using this company!

If you need your car transported – look no further – review: Focus Auto TransportI bought my first car about 2 weeks ago and needed it transported from Texas to Maryland. I looked at the usual recommendations (Reliable Carriers, Montway..etc.) but they had no trucks available until the end of the month. Then I saw a post on here about Focus Auto Transport led by a guy named Michael. I reached out on their website as usual and within an hour, Michael was texting me seeing how he could help. We had confirmed details and he had a driver go pickup the car NEXT DAY. He genuinely makes you feel like a million dollars. Or better put, he makes you feel like he has been one of your longest friends who is doing you a favor. Fully transparent, updates by the hour, and most of all, reliable. Even the dealer said this guy knows what he is doing. We didn’t even hop on the phone once; it was all via text. The cherry on top is that his rates are very competitive. I chose enclosed transport and his rates were almost the same as open transport provided by other carriers. Long story short – don’t sleep on these smaller carriers we haven’t heard of. Most times, they will treat you like you are their only customer because they are trying to build a strong brand and keep the business healthy. On top of that, you’re helping small business and who doesn’t feel good about that. FOCUS AUTO TRANSPORT IS ALL YOU NEED!
