Overall, I was satisfied with the booking process. I was very satisfied with the communication regarding transportation to the resort and back to the airport. The information provided regarding what to expect at the airport helped avoid what could have been a very hectic experience.
Booking with Carefree Destinations was super easy and Pam is an amazing agent!! We had the best time at Vidanta Grand Luxxe and would highly recommend.
This was actually my 4th time using CFD. I’ve been to Aruba, Nuevo Vallarta, and Riviera Maya twice. We stayed in a larger room this time. A couple of other families met up with us there as well. Everything was great, the pools, activities, restuarants, customer service, etc., not one complaint! I've used CFD every year since the first time I discovered it. I work with Lisa when traveling to Mexico and she is always phenominal. Hoping to travel to Hawaii early next year and will have to see what CFD has to offer.
Booking was simple and thorough with your team and the quality of the trip was excellent! The value was wonderful and whether you want to up the value or go on a budget you can make that choice with them at the time of booking. Very easy to do and the pics of the resorts are on key.
Call me multiple times a day about every 10 minutes and I keep telling them to remove me.
Have been leaving me 4-5 voicemails per day for the last 2 weeks. I’ve requested to have my phone number removed and they continue to call.
They were advertising 2 for $49 tickets to Epic Universe and wanted the money upfront with no tickets until you check out their timeshare. I was skeptical and the lady I spoke to just said to have a good day and hung up when I started asking questions about why they wanted the money upfront. Very sketchy!!!
The lady was rude and hung up on me while talking. I did not read the terms and stuff I just signed up and then found out when they called me, I was asking questions like if both parties had to be 25 and things like that about the eligibility and she just hung up on me. The lady is named Kathryn, so just be aware if you get a call with her, you won’t get any answers to your questions cause she will just hang up on you. It might be a scam as well, so beware
I love the experience in carefree，they do provide me good deals on my trip to Orlando. And the google place is of great value. Also the customer service is very patient and nice
The resort we stayed in was beautiful. The booking process was easy and very helpful. We would do it again.
First, I will admit that we were skeptical at first, you know, if it's too good to be true.... but after reading other's experiences on Trust Pilot, I thought I would take the chance. And I'm so glad that we did! Not only was the price incredible, we didn't have to go to a presentation, however, there is the option. The price we were quoted is the price we paid. In fact, the rooms at the resort cost more per night then what we paid for the week. We were given the choice of locations, and the booking process was a breeze. Carefree Destinations took care of everything for us, the reservation, the payment, and all we had to do was show up. The resort did charge a resort fee, though it didn't break the bank, and the resort was beautiful. Beautiful pools, grounds, and a very spacious, well appointed room. Though there were plenty of restaurants and dining options, we upgraded to a room with a small kitchen so we could eat in on nights we didn't feel like leaving the room. There is a Walmart in town with daily shuttles to and from, so it's fairly easy to get groceries. The resort did have a small market on site, but the choices were very limited, and of course, over priced.The only complaint that I have regarding the resort, is that it is so spread out, even when you get to the pool area dropoff, it's still a good walk to the pools and beach. I feel as if we would have enjoyed our vacation so much more if we could have just been placed in a different building, because our building wasn't really in walking distance to anything, whereas some of the other buildings in our same category were in a short walking distance to pools and restaurants. The walking paths were nice and shaded for the most part. There is a shuttle service that will take you where you want to go, without having to wait too long. I would definitely book another vacation with this company. They're not shady at all, and we got everything we were promised. The booking process with very easy, and we had no trouble at all checking into our resort. If given the opportunity, take the chance on that great vacation deal, you won't be disappointed! We do a lot of traveling, and this was, by far, the best deal I've ever gotten. I'm ready to go back!
I can't say enough good things about my experience. Great communication, they answered every question I had. Excellent customer service and value for money. 10 out of 10.The resort was beautiful, the best I've ever stayed at. Thank you for the great memories we created on vacation.
We were very pleased with our booking through carefreedestinations.com. The price was very affordable and the booking representative was polite and professional. When we arrived at the resort, it was simply stunning! The property was well cared for and it was connected to a beautiful manicured golf course. The resort had a huge selection of bars and restaurants which had a well trained and friendly staff. The weather was wonderful during our vacation so we took advantage of the crystal clear and massive swimming pools. We didn't have any troubles or headaches associated with our booking and it truly was a stress free vacation. Our booking process for our stay was extremely pleasant and easy to use. From the very first time contacting Carefree Destinations we were treated like VIP's. They made sure everything was completely covered. From the accommodation to the airport shuttle to the resort. I would highly recommend them for anyone to use for their travel. They also have affordable prices that make our trips a great value.
I enjoyed working with Joi, she was real and straight to the point. If you listen to the agents when they are going over the offers you will hear that they have amazing deals. Yes, you have to do a timeshare tour, and yes, you have to get your own flights, but once you break down your numbers for a resort or hotel stay you save about 1K or more depending on location.Joi went over the offer of 5 days and 4 nights, 18 months to travel to 43 different locations in the United States, and 6 days and 5 nights internationally 15 locations including all-inclusive all for $399. These are sold open-dated and of course, they will ask for payment on the phone.I will say this to whoever is reading this don't waste your time filling out the form online if you know that you are truly not interested. Don't waste these people's time. Joi told me that she speaks to about 122 people a day and only 1 or 2 are serious about buying. I am serious about buying and will call on Friday from Joi. One of my friends purchased from Joi and I look forward to sending her more business.Keep this young lady on your team!!!
