Good: Received a few qualified responses during the first few days. Interviewed and found a good match who is working out extremely well. I can’t imagine a better fit for my family.Not so good: When posting our job, our ability to emphasize at the highest level, our priority need, we were forced to use a category that didn’t reflect our job. Some flexibility, or more categories would have been useful. I believe the pre-set category was misleading to our applicant pool, and forced us to explain it to each applicant, then wait to see if they were still interested. Can’t help but wonder if this limited our applicant pool. I admit, however, that this was my first time using your site, and I may have missed something.

I was in a pinch, trying to find a ride to medical appointments for an entire month. I placed an ad for Senior Services needed. Within an hour I had multiple candidates. I sorted through them and interviewed some in person and others by phone. Within two days, I got two great candidates. Easy process. I did pay extra for other services.

This company is a complete scam. They charged me an annual fee and did not tell me that my account will be renewed. I asked them to refund the charges. I never used the service. I asked the refund the SAME DAY as the charges dropped. No email notification prior. They did not refund the $155.40 charge.

There is high traffic and it is ranked very highly via reviews.It is widely used.It’s a real company with hundreds of employees and large revenue for the caregivers.It is reliable and really helps to connect people who are needing a caregiver with quality caregivers.The caregiving seekers should feel very comfortable to know that each caregiver has had a background check and they can request further background checks such as motor vehicle checks, etc.
