CarBrain was efficient and helpful. After I received my original quote; I provided Bill F with more info. The photos and fact that the tires were newer increase as my price by nearly $1,000. Bill took me through the Title transfer info. The driver delivered my check. The entire system was fairly painless.

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Diego. He was very informative. Kept up with every inch of the process what they quoted me was exactly what I received. Also, the tow truck driver was very polite and all transactions were very smooth. 5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Olvin at CarBrain
CarBrain gave me the highest offer for my vehicle, but what truly stood out was Olvin’s service.When I had to pause the process due to moving, he promised to follow up — and he did. He stayed in touch by text and email with clear, friendly communication that was never pushy. When the tow driver ran late, Olvin apologized (even though it wasn’t his company) and immediately stepped in to help. He called the towing company, walked me through what to do, and confirmed my payment right away.It honestly felt like having someone right by my side the entire time. Even after pickup, when the truck left streaks on my driveway, he helped me figure out how to clean it.That’s white glove service. Whoever hired Olvin made the right choice — give him a raise!
