Everything fromStart to finish was a smooth, easy transition. The staff were very helpful with reminder texts, pre-check, and whole process! I had my appointment and was approved the same day. Not because it is an easy process but because they made it easy to foWhat I needed. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great customer service, doctor was very thorough and took time to answer my questions and discuss alternatives. I really appreciated how everything was handled.

Human Contacts
All the human contacts I had to set up and appointment were very helpful and understanding. They made it easy for me to understand what would be needed for a renewal, and arranged a virtual appointment so I didn't have to drive. Staff in location is always friendly and helpful!!

The visit was convenient. I have been a patient for years so I was able to do tele health. The staff is pleasant and Dr Richardson-Price is knowledgeable and efficient. I always have a great visit. Thank you all!
