Hope to take them under a 4 on Google cause they need to be in the 2 or 3’s. Absolutely cannot rely on the shipping. Big promises small if no results. Do not plan a party or special occasion depending on them. Better options research. I won’t give them another order or chance!!!!!!!!!!

Old crabs not fresh at all
Crabs were full however being someone that eat crabs very often you know old crabs from fresh crabs. Leg dried out, when open inside a little green indicating they were not fresh and the taste of old crabs is a turn off. Came here from out of town and visited store bought two dozens and they all were old crabs. Disappointed especially with this being the first time purchasing here in person and contemplated ordering online many time & having the opportunity to purchase in person was a disappointing experience. Couldn’t wait to get here to try only to realize it was not worth the wait. I never do reviews on food but had to do this to save someone the excitement about purchasing here.

Nasty Blue Crabs
I ordered online through Goldbelly a half bushel each of large male and female blue crabs. They arrived a day later then they were supposed to but that was the fault of UPS. When I opened the package of the male crabs they appeared to be ok. However when I opened the package of female crabs mist of the claws and arms were broken off. A lot of the females also had the shells cracked. After steaming a few of the crabs when I opened the shell the meat looked terrible. It wasn’t a nice white color but a nasty greyish color. They tasted just as bad. They were gross. Absolutely no sweet crab flavor. The meat was dry and stringy. The bad taste is also masked by the extremely salty seasoning. I think the crabs were probably dead before they were steamed. According to their website the crabs should have been caught and steamed then sent out. After reading people were saying how good the crab is. Do they sell the good fresh crabs in the stores and sell the dead rotting crab to the online customers ???!!I would not recommend buying their crabs, at least online ordering them. A waste of (lots) money !!

Terrible service
After ordering and purchasing from you numerous times in the past we've decided we will no longer. The switch to Gold belly or whatever you use is not in any way to our liking. Our order, which you can look up, was a bit of a fiasco, with us emailing/texting/chatting to verify our order was going to either ship or arrive. The verbiage on the order (placed 11 days prior to needing it) stated it would leave on Wednesday for a Friday delivery, it didn't leave until Thursday night with no notice to us of the change leaving, us wondering what was going on. Trying to reach out and get any form of communication was almost impossible. Once shipped, it was stated it was supposed to arrive on Friday, but might be Monday. With that being said to us, we found another vendor who A) talked to us, B) took our order, C) shipped our order as described, D) got us our order on-time with zero hassle. I get that it's busy, i get that things such as shipping are out of your hands, but your inability to follow through with what you stated is unacceptable, as is changing order details without any notice to us, the actual customer. I understand it was only a $600.00 order, but to us that's quite a bit of money. It's just another example of companies forgetting who supports them, which will no longer be us.

Misleading Adds offering Special prices but not honoring.
Saw Add online stating 9Lbs of Snow Crab Clusters for $149. Tried purchasing but website would not allow it. Reached out to customer service (Mimi), who asked me to send proof of the add in which I did. She stated it was a mistake and she would reach out to their add team and have them remove from the internet. and that price was for 3 lbs. She the misquoted pricing again offering a higher price than on the website. I asked for some clarity or type of concession and she basically said, "oops it was a typo". This will be the first of my reviews if advertised price is not honored.

This is an updated review: Thank you to Cameron’s seafood for replacing my whole order when all my crabs 🦀 did not come the way it should have as a first time customer. The company immediately stepped in and fixed my order by replacing it for free, giving me male crabs instead of females tothis time, and delivering the very next day as requested. They were seasoned to perfection. They have the best tasting seasoning. I just ate my first batch today of the replacement. I’m very satisfied. Thanks again to Cameron’s. I will be ordering again.

This was my first order, it was my wife's birthday and we usually go to our favorite seafood restaurant however they were out of the blue crabs. I decided to surprise my wife by ordering from your company. The ordering and delivery were excellent however the crabs were disappointing. This is an update I received an email from Cameron expressing concern over my comments and wanted how they could make things better?It was decided that they would send me 8 of the larger male crabs, which arrived on 10/8/2025. My wife had a couple of them for dinner and said they were a 5 star!!Thank you Cameron!!

WHAT A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT! NEVER AGAIN!
We have purchased crab from Cameron's before, but NEVER again! My man was planning a nice surprise for me when he ordered a dozen male crabs. when he put the order in he was told we would receive the crab last Saturday! Once his credit card was approved, now his delivery date was today Tuesday, 9-9-2025. Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the crab over the weekend with a nice romantic dinner, we were still excited when the crab arrived today...until we opened the box! The crabs were so small, they body of each was no larger than 3.5"(USING THIER SIZE GUIDE), THE palm of an average size women and the claws, well they just went into the trash bowl! Anyone that uses Pyrex glass containers knows the size, well after eating 5 crabs, yes 7 left, we were able to fill the 1 cup container! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE PRICE OF THE PROCDUCT AND WHAT WAS RECEIVED! SURE WISH THIS WEBSITE WOULD ALLOW PICTURES!!! YOU WOULD BE SHOCKED AND SHOP ELSE WHERE!

I was really disappointed wth the size of the crabs. Barely went across my palm. I ordered the large male dozen. I wonder if they met the size requirement. I crab quite a bit in the Pacific Northwest. Here they would be returned to water. Hardly any meat in them. I have ordered before and was quite pleased then. The only positive was ordering shipping were easy. Just disappointed with the crab. I wish I could upload a photo. I just gave them away. Not worth the time or money. I will not be ordering again from them. Side note my family is from Baltimore MD and we are very familiar with MD crab

Cameron Seafood Made My Day Perfectly Worth It
I’m from Canada and had a half bushel of large female crabs delivered for my birthday. They were absolutely amazing: fat, sweet, and all so worth the wait. They arrived perfectly fresh, packed so well that the ice pack hadn’t even melted when I opened the box. On top of that, there was even a bonus of seasoned shrimp that were so flavorful and perfectly cooked.We were supposed to just have a simple lunch for my birthday, but because of these amazing crabs, the meal turned into a full celebration that lasted past 8pm, filled with continuous eating, laughing, and great company. My close friends and I all had a blast picking crabs and enjoying every bite. Everyone kept saying how fresh and delicious they were, and I couldn’t agree more.Mimi, if you are reading this, thank you for making my birthday truly special. You turned what I thought would be a modest get-together into an incredible celebration.

Worst seafood restaurant place ever
The atmosphere was unfriendly. The crabs were horrible do not go here a waste of money. The crabs were mushy, and they were old. I payed for medium females, and I received small female crabs. I will never go here again.

Great Job Everyone, sometimes it's not what you, when things go wrong, it's what you do that matters. Last week I saw an amazing effort by one person that was backed by an amazing company.
Last week my sister was have surgery, being a crab 🦀 lover, I arranged for her to get some when she returned home. I call Cameron's seafood and place an order. As sometimes things change. I sent an email to Cameron's, and next morning, I received a message from Ms. Mini, she was fully aware of the changes and suggested a new time line that matched my sister's return home. My sister and I live in different states, so I had no control of this situation, so I could only agree. The delivery date was 8/1/25 time 5PM. On 8/1/25 @ 5:06pm my sister call me with so much excitement in her voice, that moment she started to explain how Beautiful the crabs look and Smelled. An half an hour later and 25 thank yous. I finally ask her about her surgery, she replied I tell you later. We both laughed 😅 🤣. I don't know how Ms.Mini did it, I only know that she did it. Great Job 👍 The next day told my sister to go to Cameron's website and check out their menu. I can only imagine what is next. Great Job from a Great Company with a Great Staff!!!!!! 👍 THANK-A-BUNCH!!!

I visit Cameron's on route 85 about 3 times a week. I have never been disappointed in all my visits. It's one of the few places I can go to get great carry out food at a very good price and it's healthy for me. Great fish, oysters, scallops, crabs, and side vegetables. love it! A painless way to stay on a healthy diet!

I ordered a dozen (12) large Male Maryland Blue Crabs along with two Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab cakes. The items were shipped, and I received them the following day. They were packed perfectly in a cooler with ice packs that were still frozen. The freshness and taste of the crabs and crab cakes were off the chart excellent; it was like being back at Shultz's Crab House in Essex, Maryland. This was a treat that we will be enjoying many times over, thanks to the quality and outstanding customer service we received. Thank you to the entire team of professionals at Cameron's!
