Well a very expensive spa that has not worked since it was delivered. The dealer already cam out to replace a leaking pump. Only half the jets work. This was sold to us as a brand new spa, but seems to be not the case.
I bought a Caldera NIagara hot tub for a lot of money. It didn't work right from the start and has been beset by regular technical failures. It is now a little over four years old with a completely defunct mother board which is going to be expensive to replace. This tub is definitely a Friday afternoon car and far from providing therapy has been a regular source of angst and a total money pit. Avoid Caldera unless you want constant stress.
Having spent a very large sum of money on a family spa, from what I believed to be a professional company. I was very disappointed when, within a year I had problems. I contacted the dealer that sold me the spa. that was approximately 6 weeks ago, still no help. I have written to the head office at least 3 times, begging for help, but I don't even get a reply!For customer service, I think even one star is generous.
