The delivery service is very good and always on time. Communication with the doctor is short and not detailed as I'd like. I'm considering swapping to my PCP who can provide me with hormones that my insurance will cover.
The most positive part of my Winona experience is the quick response from the doctor to my questions. There is also the ability to make adjustments to try to fine tune my prescriptions. There is one thing that would be beneficial that is not currently offered. A patch that contains both estrogen and progesterone would be helpful.
I am so glad I found Winona! I had almost given up on finding support for my symptoms. What a game changer. Dr. Green and the whole staff are really knowledgeable and actually listen to you. Game changer! I wish I knew about Winona sooner. I am 57 and have not been sleeping through the night for at least 12 years because of night sweats and aches. Workouts had to be modified because I was always hurting and feeling like I was getting weaker. Started using Winona bio identical hormones and within a month the results were very noticeable. After almost three months on my plan and I can already feel a huge improvement in fatigue and night sweets. I feel like i rest at night when i go to bed and am not constantly waking up.

Products are fine but the communication after you purchase is not. Slow responses and I'm now trying to cancel some of the add ons I had to the HRT and I never hear back.
I use to struggle every month with a very painful menstrual cycle. When it was nearing that time I use to brace for the pain that would happen monthly. I don't think there had been anything else in my entire life that could take me out of commission faster. After starting with winona, my 1st menstrual cycle was not as severe. The 2nd one was even better, and now I have little to no pain with my menstrual cycles. I still brace for the worst, but when it doesn't happen I worry that that was my last one, but then it comes. It's weird not having pain all the time.
