Updating addresses
I needed to update my address on our account. I submitted a request for help and someone emailed me back in a timely fashion. She was able to help me solve my problem quickly and get my family back up and running. I am so so grateful for this resource to help teach my kids about money.

I absolutely loved BusyKid when my kids were younger. It taught them the value of effort and the connection between money and work. I also recently had to reach out to customer service. Norma and Tania were incredibly helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have had recently.

Used to be great, has really gone downhill
We have had BusyKid accounts for both kids for many years (2020). It used to be great, but has really gone downhill. We are nickeled and dimed for every transaction it adds up, service is partly outsourced with poor communication. There was a charge that was questioned by their third-party, I responded same day to verify it. Customer Service (in house?) said it was never verified and the account was frozen and to reach out to the third-party, they can't help me. Cards aren't always sent out when they expire, just a lot of little, tedious things. We are switching to CapitalOne Teen, no fees. Really disappointed with BusyKid, would not recommend.

Busykids has been a wonderful success for my kids, their chores and independence. I have been having a card issue and with the above and beyond customer service support with Norma I feel settled that the issue will be properly taken care and she even made sure that I was helped in the interim. Great Utility w/ Good Service
BusyKid is a strong financial management utility for kids. It is relatively simple, in a good way. Not too many useless functions in the way. Completely app driven. Easy process that allows kids to invest in stocks, which is great. Norma with customer service is great. Prompt and helpful the few times we've had questions. We've been pleased BusyKid for the 5yrs we've been customers.

Dear BusyKid Support Team,I am writing regarding my BusyKid account, which was recently closed due to an unauthorized transaction. While I understand the security reasons for the closure, I would like to request the return of my remaining account balance.Before the account was closed, I received a refund from a merchant I previously patronized. This refund, totaling **$290**, was deposited into my account, but I no longer have access to retrieve it due to the closure.I kindly request that this remaining balance be refunded to me. This concept is great and worked really well for my kid. I had to stop using it for the following reasons:1. Micro transactions - waaaayyyyy too many micro transactions. I understand why this model is used, but I don't prefer it.2. Fixed "paydays" - paying my kid on Friday morning didn't fit for us. If we wanted to create a different payday, we had to fall back on more micro transactions. If you don't have problems with those 2 things, then I highly encourage you to use it!Edited to add that customer service is not great. I think most people don't end up having a customer service need but the few times i did were incredibly frustrating.
