When I was sold on working with you, I was told that you would be taking care of us if we need help while on the trip. Also, I four out that I must contact the airline to get my seats.I wish I had not bought tickets from your group

I expected this company to be made up of two Nigerians calling from a phone booth in Turkey. In fact, I received the best customer service I've ever received from an airlines -- ever. And I am not the easiest customer to deal with. We are still making changes to our travel package and each time, our changes are greeted with professionalism, not eye-rolling, as they should be.
Seymour heard our need and made the switch in our flights as painless as possible. His response time was extremely fast. He has always been there to help and answer my questions.
